    DO NOT USE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! This company is basically a scam for you and for any potential customers you have. They have you go in and talk to the customers then call the national sales managers on the phone to get the official quote. Then they talk to the customer and literally harass them to buy. They dont listen to no. They dont listen to I just need time to think about it. Customers have actually walked away or hung up the phone on them. When they agree to buy theyre expected to set up all their equipment themselves with just someone on the phone. I sold 3 policies before I caught on to the ******** and every single one of those companies got random $700 charges instead of what they agreed to. The dedicated customer service person theyre supposed to have for their first 90 days takes over 24 hours to be reached so customers are harassing my phone. Your commission is designed to be impossible to calculate on your own. You get 25% if whatevers left over after loan and equipment fees and theres no data to double check it against. Its just whatever they say it is. My national sales manager disrespected and actually yelled at employees on our weekly zoom meetings right in front of us. Intimidation tactic. Youre promised prizes for sales initiatives that you never get. I won a $100 gift card during my training and an iPad a week after in September of the year I started. I asked about it probably 10x and was constantly told they were checking on it. I quit in February I believe and gave them 30 extra days to mail it before I threatened legal action. I was given some bs excuse. And yes I couldve gone to court but it didnt seem worth it for $500 in prizes. This is one of the worst jobs I have ever had. Do not work for this company

    This company has harassed me for over 4 months with texts and emails trying to get me to complete the setup process, even after I had told them I no longer wish to proceed with their company. They used very shady sales tactics and didn't convey all of the terms including locking me into a contract for several years. This company is suspect to say the least. I would not recommend working with them. They are desperate for my account and refuse to give up contacting me even after several messages back to cease and Desist contacting me.

    I definitely don't recommend getting services with clear choice payments , they were not clear with me at the time of signing the contract there were a lot of hidden fees like they never mention I was gonna pay monthly for a cc machine app, even though they told me it was gonna be a stable charge also they never mentioned their non cancellable lease for the credit card machine. As soon as I started using their services I lost costumers so since the sales *** gave me a letter of money saving warranty I tried to cancel the services but couldn't NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS or EMAILS once they have your business when finally got a hold of them I was told that in order to use that warranty letter I needed to use the services for a month so I did even though their hidden fees and their non clear charges, after a month I tried to cancel and now they are telling me that I cant due to the non cancellable lease and that my only option is make things work with them pretty much that I'm trap with them because they will charge me 995 dlls for early termination of the contract only for their services I still have to pay 80 a month for the non cancellable lease for the machine for 48 months when initially they have told me to use it for a month and then proceed with the cancelation without fees. If some one can help me with this will be much appreciated thanks

    As a small business, I would highly recommend not using Clear Choice. You will not save the money they promise and put in your contract. They will send you and charge you for much more equipment then needed. I have 4 registers. They charge me for 16 devices. My contract showed a 30% savings including their equipment lease fee. After 1 year of service, Clear Choice has cost me 20% more than my previous processors. My expecting monthly is double what my contract reads for similar sales volume. I am also being charged $189 a week, but they cannot explain this charge very well and will only reimburse me 12 weeks worth now that I questioned the fee. Even thought i have been charged for 52 weeks. Definitely not clear nor transparent service.

    I am thrilled to have made the switch to ClearChoice and my ******************************** is awesome! **** has made my experience with ClearChoice top notch and everything the sales rep told me about the company and how things would work has been true to word and clearly stated in my contract. Thank you **** for being a sensational Rep!!! **********************

    Worst processing company with false advertisement! Sales rep. **** came into my store after I had told a guy the previous day I did not want an appointment. They just laughed about it. Their brochure they bring with say no equipment fees, which is a total lie and they **** you in with all the money they claim they can save you. Equipment lease ends up being $80 a month for 48 months which is a total rip off! I said from the start I wanted something to be able to do gift cards as well but that still hasn't happened! I kept getting e-mails from Clover saying I needed to renew my PCI compliance but when I asked the sales rep about a month later when she stopped back in she said if that was necessary I would get something from ***** It's been nothing but lies from the start and when someone has reached out to me they say they have to get with another department and will get back to me within a day or two which never happens. I just want out of the lease and whole ordeal with this terrible company! I'm currently being charged $189.00 and $199.00 every week or two and nobody seems to be able to explain why to me and want me to send them my bank transactions, they should be able to see what they are charging me and what they're for without me having to send them my bank transactions! I am so irritated!!!

    This company needs to be STOPPED! They are crooks weaseling their way into business bank accounts under false pretenses, I was lied to and deceived from the beginning. I have been trying to cancel for 4 months. They allowed me to cancel the merchant services account but they are trying to back me into paying $15,000 for equipment that is only worth $1800. I was told I had 90 days to cancel and get $50. That has been far from the truth but I wasn't told that until after the 60 days when I decided it wasn't working out for my company, it was costing me WAY more money which went against their promise. I have not been using the equipment for 2 months and can't get help from anyone. I am reaching out to my lawyer and will be cancelling my bank account. I have tried to have respectful conversations, I've been patient but I have gotten nothing from these people. I am done. Looking at the reviews, it seems that so many companies are dealing with the same thing. They need to be shut down.

    The company, Clear Choice Payments, wanted our Not-for-Profit business to process credit cards. After speaking to their sales rep in person (who quit within a week); I spoke to ************************* from their Merchant Experience Team, many times to try and understand their company's processes. After sending us Cascade Equipment which we did NOT need and cannot use, Cascade started charging a month fee which I am disputing. Then ******* had me talk to ****** to start credit card charging through our QuickBooks. Quess What? ****** does not handle the way we do business, so the ****** team did stop. I mailed the Cascade Equpment back over one and a half months ago. I have left ************************* 4 voice messages and sent her 3 emails and NOTHING. They are not a reliable company and twist the processes around where they didn't understand exactly how our company worked. NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS or EMAILS once they have your business.
