  Believe the 5 Star reviews. This company got ** out of a last minute tight spot as the sale of our house reached its closing date. Our roof needed some repair! ***************************** arrived to do the estimate (on the asphalt shingle repairs and a roof/gutter cleaning) on a Tuesday. Here, **** scaled the two story roof, took pictures of the issues and walked me through the repairs and the expense. Nicely done, and nicely presented, ****. A few days later ***** arrived (on time!) to do the repair and cleaning work. He was very organized and very self sufficient. We discussed the repair as I presented my concerns and he was quick to give me some visual examples. After I had made a choice, he did the repairs and began the roof cleaning. Wow! When he was finished the roof looked brand new!! I can easily recommend this company to anyone needing to repair and clean their roof. Thank you, **** and *****, and also to the ppl behind the scenes at NWRM who helped us get this scheduled to meet our deadline! A great business model that employs some talented and dedicated ppl!!!!

  Great experience!! ***** and ****** just wrapped up a two day concrete tile roof cleaning/treatment for me, with a lot of anti-ponding repair and a skylight replacement.The guys were extremely friendly, polite and helped in my understanding of the process all the way through. Also much appreciated is the care they took to clean up afterwards and to thoroughly check (visually and with a big ol' magnet) for any debris or metal that *** have fallen into the yard.***** did the quote/inspection and had it all laid out for me. It's a 30 year old tile roof, and they were cognizant of the care needed to maintain it's remaining life. The pricing was quite reasonable, and it really helps that they perform the free detailed quotes for all of that upfront. There were no surprises.I'll definitely be looking to these guys again in the future.

  ********** did a great job with our roof. He was very meticulous despite the over 100 day. This company was very professional from the beginning and communicated via text and email to confirm our appointments for the roof inspection and the **** removal and spraying. This was so different than the companies we had contacted a few months earlier. Northwest Roof Maintenances professionalism was greatly appreciated.

  ***** and ****** were professional did a great job telling me what they were going to do and took pictures. They double checked to make sure no nails or debris was left behind. This is the second time Ive used them.
