    We purchased a ***** vacuum from a door to door sales person after they came in and did a feee cleaning/demo. We really like the sales guy, he said it was his first day and he was incredibly personable. However, when his manager came by to drop the vacuum off is when things got bad. As he was explaining the cancellation notice he stated but please dont cancel because my boss thinks I held a gun to your head to purchase then immediately we were both turned off by the purchase and were told to sleep on it. We did, we obviously decided to cancel. We texted the sales guy the very next morning, he said he doesnt work there anymore and that the manager told him not to talk to us anymore. I signed the cancellation request and sent via certified mail. I got receipt that RTS signed for it on 9/19. Per the cancellation request they have 10 days to refund and return any property. On day 12 (10/1) at 9 pm MST we receive a text from another number asking if they can come by in the morning or right now to pick it up. We expressed that we are 2 days past refund due and he states accounting manager is out and he needs to have ***** back prior to refund. He wanted to come by at 11 pm to pick the vacuum up. We offered other dates and times and none have worked so far for the sales man. I would like a refund since we are past the deadline for refund.

    We contacted *********************** this morning 10-2-23 and we have arrangements made to pick up the ***** Vacuum tonight at 6 pm and we will do the refund of the credit card when they arrive at the customers house  they amount of the credit card refund will be *******

    On 8/26/2022, a representative of ***** came by the house asking if I would sign up to receive a free carpet cleaning of any room in my house. At first I was hesitant but she assured me I did not have to purchase anything. Later within the hour, a van pulled up outside of my house. I asked them if we could reschedule the cleaning as I wasnt feeling comfortable for a strange man to come into my house. He said he couldnt and wouldnt take no for an answer. He introduced himself as *******, gave my mother and I the demonstration. He cleaned the carpet after we decided to purchase the vacuum. Within a day of purchasing the vacuum I realized it wasnt in my budget and decided to return the vacuum. I did the cancellation process as stated in the contract, by signing the cancellation form and sending it in with a date time stamped with a certified receipt from the post office, I also emailed the form, and called the 971 number in the contract to let them know I was going to cancel. I did that Tuesday 8/30/2022. Sunday 9/2/2022, a rep from ***** picked up the vacuum and brought other vacuums so I can see which one was mine. None of them were so ***** said he was going to overnight it that following Tuesday. Thursday 9/8 came and no vacuum, so I texted *****. He said I needed to call the 971 number so I can have a recording of the issue and to send him a screenshot of the price of my old vacuum in case they needed to get a check sent out for a replacement. I had not heard from ***** since then and still hadnt received my old vacuum. 9/14 I called the office at the 971 number and they said the vacuum was shipped out 9/10 and I should receive it soon but no tracking number. They tried to contact ***** for it but he didnt give me any record of it. Saturday 9/17 comes no vacuum. In the contract it states the company will return my vacuum within 10 business days of returning the *****. Its been more than that and I have not received a solution from the company.

    This is the worst company ever! They came in and wanted to do a demo in my house in **** to earn a credit. They ripped up my carpet with their ***** vacuum during the demo. They told us to get 3 bids and not to worry that they would cover to have our carpet fixed. After sending them the bids they now refuse to pay for it. We contacted ***** corporate and they also said it is not their machines fault. Don't let them in your house. Demo guy's name is *********************** from RTS Distributing Inc.. ***** corporate won't do anything either. They are lying and should be fired. They do not even have a license to be selling here in ****.

    Our attorney has settled with them and we fed ex a check for ****** to them which they will receive 8-10-22 they signed release and the ****** will complete the transaction  ck number 8476  fed ex tracking **** **** **** deliver by 4:30pm

    An RTS dist rep did a demo which we were told would help him earn credits. During the demo, our carpet was ripped and torn. My home is 4 years old but they had the nerve to lie and say the rip was already there. We were also told by a supposed manager that we had to get bids to have it fixed which we did. I have the filter they use that has the carpet fibers that were damaged clearly visible. These people seem to be very dishonest and should have their licenses revoked. We were told that they would send a check then a half hour later they said they would not. We have been contacting them for about 3 weeks and nothing is being done.

    We have turned this over to our lawyer  ***** Baden    the customers warranty on their carpet said not to use ***** or Dyson vacuums on the carpet and the customer did not tell the sales person when he was at the house shampooing their carpet

    I am rejecting this response because:The ***** demonstration that tore our carpet was on Friday June 3rd. ********************* told us to get 3 bids, the first bid was from **************** the company that installed our carpet in November 2017 when our home was built. The **************** bid was on June 6th, 3 days after the damage occurred. We found out 3 days after the incident that ***** vacuums can cause damage. We were only trying to help *********************** get point/credits when this happened. There was no foreknowledge on our part whatsoever that ******* vacuum would rip our 4 year old carpet but it did. I am sorry but RTS distribution is at fault all the way. We have nothing but lies and back stepping coming from them. I am utterly shocked at the dishonesty.

    I am rejecting this response because: We did not have a warranty on our carpet. The carpet guy that gave us a bid simply said he has seen issues with ***** vacuums in the past. The company never said that we couldn't use a ***** on our carpets. We have a letter stating this from the carpet company.

    We have received ***************************** cancellation and have told her they would contact her to set up a time to pick up the ***** Vacuum.  ***** Just spoke to her this morning and is picking up the merchandise.  When he is at the house he will call me ****** to refund her credit card and I will text her a copy of the refund receipt
