      PTSC (Progressive Telephone Systems & Communications) installed a wireless internet system and security cameras throughout our church in 2021. At that time they wired a location on the southwest side of the building to have a camera installed at a later date. The amount paid for this project was over $12,000. We requested the additional camera be added to the southwest corner of the church building in 2023. The camera was installed that overlooks our parking lot and we were invoiced $530 2/13/23. Even though the camera was installed, it does not record activity as the other cameras do. It only shows a live feed which is not useful. PTSC was notified about this and asked to add this camera to the software program the other cameras are on. At this time, I told the PTSC office that I would be holding the check for payment until this was done. An employee came out to do this (Lak) and found that he needed additional equipment to set this up. I felt this was an honest attempt to rectify the situation so I gave him the check for payment of the invoice. Since that time, *** has been out several times and has determined that the password to access the program needs to be reset since no one at the church remembers the password and then the last camera could setup and added to the software. It seems like such a simple task to reset a password for us but we cannot get a response. We have called and spoken to *** (office) and Lak, emailed at least three times and notified them that we would be contacting you if resolution does not happen -- it has been nine months. We would just like to have all the cameras working and recording. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.
