    We moved into a house that, unbeknownst to us, had a slow leak. After discovering the cause (3" long trim nails through the hot water line) and taking care of the mold issues by getting rid of the damaged wood, drywall, and insulation, and then treating the remaining wood and drying it, we now needed someone to put our hallway, bathroom, and closet back together again. My husband heard about a company, Precise Construction, from three different co-workers, all who gave rave reviews. We got quotes from them, and then quotes from three other companies in the greater Portland area. Not only was Precise Construction's quote significantly less expensive, they could start right away. Within three days of saying we would like to hire them, they had a crew over. The workers were courteous, hardworking, thorough, and went above and beyond what we expected. The owner checked in often, both with his crew and with us. And that is just the beginning. We learned that not only was the owner's adult children trained in various aspects of the industry, and help out on jobs, this company hires Russian and ********* immigrants. Unbeknownst to us, the man who did an awesome job on our floor had only recently immigrated from *******. We are so glad we can help a company that can give back. The more jobs they have, the more people they can hire. And with ******* war, the need for good jobs for people seeking peace is great.Precise Construction serves the greater Vancouver and ******** area.
