      This is the burger-king in ****** that advertises an indoor play-land. They use it for storage and told me to call corporate when inquired. They sent me on a wild goose ****** Seems like they are too lazy and store uneeeded parts. Bad management of this store.

      Broadway Burger King in Everett, WA denied me access as a wheelchair user. I arrived at 9:30 PM on 8/16/2024, their lobby closes at 10pm, and the drive thru is open until midnight. I went up to the door, and it was locked. I knocked, I was ignored by a staff member that was mopping. I called and asked them to take my order please, but they refused. They told me the lobby is closed. I told them that this is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and we are allowed to order even after the lobby closes, when the drive-thru is open, but they refused again. I called back and told them I was recording, and recorded them denying service to a disabled person. They refused service on my recording. I went around to the public sidewalk, and recorded the next five customers as proof, including the staff on-duty. They were all served after my denial of service because of my disability. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We are allowed equal access to services. Not only that, their advertised time is 10:00 PM to close the lobby, they closed early. Three other customers were turned away besides myself because they closed early.

      This branch of Burger was very disappointing.Our order thru the drive thru was missing a sandwich and one of the sandwiches was incorrect. I went inside to resolve the issue where the manager took the incorrect sandwich and through it in the garbage, she then asked to see my bag with the order as proof I wasn't telling a lie to her, I went outside to get the bag to show her and then had to wait about ten minutes before she proceeded to take the bag and throw it in the garbage, after that I had to wait another ****************************************************** to almost be late for a doctor's ************ To top it off the replacement order was given to me still missing an item and made incorrectly, I got the missing item from the cashier but had no time to wait for yet another correct sandwich. I strongly suggest if you are in a time crunch not to go to this Burger King.

      I dont even want to leave 1 star. The customer service was horrible. I politely asked for 2 milkshakes to be remade because they were sitting on the hot counter for 7 minutes and I was taking them to my kids school for their birthday and ******* if thats her real name was so rude and mean. She slammed the old milkshakes in the garbage can, slammed the window multiple times, told me to drive around front and at one point I was able to ask her still calm and polite why she was acting this way over this and she tried to tell me she just made even but I was ****** there for 7 minutes while they sat there melting as its hot in there and its hot outside today. Then I called the store and when they answered I calmly asked for the managers name and they hung up on me. So then I called back twice and they wouldnt answer the phone. My husband then called to try and get the managers name and they refused to give it to him. Then told him if you guys act this way over milkshakes dont come back which is perfectly fine because it was for my kids not me and this isnt about the milkshakes at this point. Its about the customer service. Ive never been treated so poorly from any establishment so this is a first.
