    I was a patient of this office since it was owned by the late ****************. I continued to go to Dr. ********************** ********* after **************** passed away. ********************** suggested I get veneers for my front teeth, as the enamel was worn and they were chipped/cracked. No other options were given to me and I proceeded with the recommendation. They were billed as cosmetic (and cost me $2000) despite all the issues with my front teeth. Since they were installed, I had nothing but difficulty with them. It was hard to bite into anything and incredibly painful. Never been scared of the dentist in my life but the thought of someone working on my teeth after the installment scared me away from the dentist for years. One of my veneers came off on a weekend and was quite painful and I sought to have it put back on after hours, to which he obliged. It came off again sometime later again on the weekend and I met him at the office again to have it put back on. I finally chose a different dentist because of how I had been treated when it came off the second time. My new dentist recommended crowns as a more permanent option, I had no idea this was an option or I would have done that instead. In total, the SAME tooth has come off six times. I decided to give ********************** ONE more chance to fix the tooth and he actually tried blaming me saying I crunch and grind my teeth and refused to reinstall the veneer - which the remaining tooth is very painful when not covered with the veneer, until FIVE days later. Mind you, my new dentist has made no mention of any crunching or grinding and the NEW crowns will cost me the same as the veneers.
