I buy a truck from this people about a year ago, the truck has a bad engine needs a new one their mechanic tell them the same thing I been asking them for almost a year with no response they just don't care so I stop making payments of the truck and now the truck got pick up by the bank that let me borrow the money so now I don't have a *********** have problems with the bank plus the owner took almost 2 millions from COVID-19 by lyaing about the employees he has, he claim almost 50 just to get the money and he only has 5 and he's buying properties with the money and not fixing cars that he is selling nowing there in bad shape just to take peoples moneyInitial Complaint

Friday March 4th I went in to pick up my car for purchase from Impact Auto, the car was not detailed which they had promised to have done by the time the sale was over. They made an appointment for me to do that and said the vehicle was ready and services were complete including the final inspections. I was driving it the next day on the highway towards ****** and the check engine light came on. There were other light codes so I took it into the mechanic ***' AUTO REPAIR on Monday March 7th and they did a diagnostic on it which showed the C1201 --ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM FAULT, C1336--ZERO POINT CALLIBATION YAW RATE SENSOR UNDONE, and P0430-- CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY LOW B2. ***, the lead mechanic and owner also noticed there were significant issues with the rotors, brake pads and rear braking system to the point where the car would be unsafe to be on any roadways especially "at high rates of speed". I then went to the offices of Impact Auto to talk to their salespersons and was told no one was around who could help me. I called back to the mechanic and asked what to do and he mentioned to me under the ** STATE Lemon Law Act Buyers can take the vehicles back due to significant safety issues, which was the case of this vehicle. When Impact Auto go back and met for a meeting on 3/23/22 I was told that the "Lemon Law" was null and void due to going off the lot and they would fix the issues but have yet to get back to me after calling them twice to try to problem solve this situation when I demanded an auto trade for another vehicle on the lot or a full refund. I have called the Owner *************************** and have left multiple messages to find a resolution but at this point I would just like a full refund for the $9,000 I paid for the vehicle and licensing. I am a single mom of two who relied on this car for my job and transportation but I am disheartened I can't have a local business help find a better solution to selling me an unsafe vehicle.
