I mean really excellent.Great people to work with from the owner of the company, to the office staff, to the crew working the job.A great end-result Our project was a difficult one. We needed to replace the *original* wooden gutters on our 115-year-old house. Despite many unexpected twists and turns, High Point calmly rolled with the punches and found a solution to every problem we encountered. ****** was always patiently responsive to my many many questions. At one point, we needed some construction and roofing work to continue with the gutters. ****** found us to an excellent contractor for the construction and also spent hours trying to find a roofer willing to work on the roof issue, which had its own special problems. I honestly believe that any other gutter company would have let us know what needed to be fixed and told us to contact them again when the fixes were done and the gutter project could continue. Not High Point. They had our back all the way. So thankful to everyone: *************************, ***********************, **** and everyone else who had anything to do with our project. To anyone looking to embark on a gutter project, get a bid from High Point. Sure, do your due diligence and get a couple other bids too but my recommendation is to go with High Point. You just will not find anyone better!
