I ordered 10 annuals/perennials from Plants4home for a total of $123.90 + $20.95 shipping, total of $144.85 on April 19, 2023. (Order number ******). It is now May 9, 2023 and I have heard nothing from them besides the fact that they received my payment. On May 8, 2023, I sent a email asking for shipping date estimate and received no response. This evening , May 9, I tried to call a customer service number - ************ and got a generic answering machine message. I then did a ****** search and found that this company received an F rating on the BBB and also read many reviews with the same issues that I had in not receiving plants that were paid for. To resolve the issue with this company, I would like a full refund.Business Response

I ordered 3 houseplants online from this company on January 16. It is now March 11 and I haven't been able to contact them to find out the status of my order. I ordered a varigated Dogwood from this company last June. I was charged $39.99 on my credit card on June 18, 2022.I never received the plant. I ordered a Purple Climatis plant on July 3rd 2022. From Plants for home. They took my payment out of my checking acct same day.Than I never rcvd plant. I tried contacting them.3 times and got an automated return message from Zen desk. Whatever that is. I never rcvd anything. I had ordered this for a friend. And I ended up having to order from someone someone else.and now I am out double the money. At this point Now I want a full refund. You just don't do business this way. Purchase was made a month ago for over $2000 of plants. First, we did not receive a confirmation of our order despite being charged. Customer support is only available via text message, where they did confirm the order and give us an order number. At first they were responsive and updated us that it should ship any day, and then a tracking number would be provided. Now, I cannot get a response from customer service, and we still have no plants. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card to receive a refund.Customer Answer

I placed an order invoice #****** for $180.03 on March 19, 2022. I have been chasing the order up since then. At one point I received a shipment confirmation in response, but the shipment was never collected from the vendor. I now get no response, whatsoever. I purchased 2 plants false indigo from them and they have charged my credit card, the plants have not arrived. I asked them to cancel my order and there is no response from them. There has been no credit issued and no plants. Its been about a month now with no communication from them at all. I want my money back. Has not resolved the problem, when I ordered it was only two weeks for order. I ordered on May 23 2020 and the **** was paid by credit card $81.98. ***** is the only thing they keep responding to and staff is being reviewed and no response to phone call left message. 2 false indigo never received.
