On April 22, 2024, I purchased Solaray ********************* 5000 mg Buffered Powder (Amazon order #***-0985817-1935411 in the amount of $21.43. I received a message that the package was likely lost in the mail and I could request a refund. So on I did. I received a message from the company saying that the package was still on its way and would be delivered May 13th. The package was delivered but on my way home from the mailbox, I realized I had white powder on my hands. The mailing bag was undisturbed on the outside but the powder was all in the bottom of the envelope. I decided not to open the bag and request a refund. Since the seller is a third-party seller with Amazon, I had to go directly to the seller. Upon contact, I explained the situation. I was told to write "Refuse" on the package and hand it to my carrier. I live in a 55+ community and the mailboxes are not visable to my house to see when the carrier delivers each day. In addition, I have a terminally ill husband that I cannot leave alone to go sit at the mailbox area waiting for my carrier. I seem to be getting nowhere with this seller and all of the burden of the return is placed on me. I cannot go sit and wait for our carrier hoping to catch them to return this package. Nor can I afford to pay shipping costs myself in the hopes of being refunded for the shipping. Responsible businesses would send a shipping label at least. Even then I have to drive 30 minutes to a place that handles Amazon shipping return. This business's customer service is sorely lacking! There is no way I can use a powdered vitamin product that has been spilled and tainted. I request a resolution of my money back or at the least, a shipping label to cover the cost of my return. They have a no refund policy (that I wasn't aware or prior to ordering), but this is clearly not a matter of me changing my mind. This is a faulty product.

    Hello *******,

I'm so sorry to hear that you had issues with refusing your package! Typically we would request photos of the damaged item, but I have gone ahead and refunded your order back to the original payment method. We apologize that the item was damaged in transit, and apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know if you need further assistance with your order.

ORDER #******* ORDER DATE 3.10.2024 DELIVERY DATE 03.19.2024 - Partial order. All completely damaged items soiled and contaminated food items. DELIVERY DATE 03.22.2024 - Partial order ORDER ONLINE ************ go by the Name - vitaminlife.com online orders and are very irresponsible when handling order and complaints.I paid $289.88 on various grocery items including liquid Detergent and liquid soaps. All of which arrived leaking or broken bottles in the box and spilled and soiled over all food items which were packed in same box as the liquids. When I sent the images of the soiled damaged box with broken leaking damaged bottles of soaps spilled over food packages, the company asked me to pack and ship the box back to them. After several emails of me requesting them to at least book a pick up service as box was heavy - nothing happened and so I took a taxi and went to courier and shipped the box back to them. When they received the return box, they just wrote back saying the items were empty and thus I did not qualify for a refund and that I should contact my bank.I had already complained that soaps had leaked out and bottles were empty yet they made me ship the box with contaminated foods back and completely shut me off. I just want a refund as I received soiled soapy food items which I returned and I have been very highly inconvenienced since I had to package broken boxes and put them in a cab and ship them - all cost me time, effort and money. Thanks for all your help in getting me my fair refund back to actual mode of payment that I used.

    Hello,

On March 19, 2024, we received an email from a customer that only goes by "Plan 2 Profit," reporting that soap had spilled during transit and requesting a refund for their entire order totaling $289.88, consisting of 18 items. The customer provided photos showing the leaked soap. Despite this, the other items in the photos remained intact, including two boxes of hair dye, which our warehouse had secured in a zip-lock bag, and small plastic-wrapped food packages that had minor soap residue which could be wiped off.

We promptly apologized for the inconvenience, promptly offered a refund for the spilled soaps, and provided a return label for any affected items. However, we explained that it was unreasonable to request a full refund for the entire order, especially considering the food items are sealed in airtight packaging designed to protect against external elements like moisture, oxygen, and contaminants.

The customer indicated they couldn't return the package due to transportation limitations, so we promptly arranged a ***** pickup for the return. The customer reported that ***** did not arrive to collect the package, to which we reminded them of their ultimate responsibility to arrange returns for online purchases.

On April 9, 2024, our returns department informed me that the package had been returned. Shockingly, every item inside had been tampered withall items, including the previously secure hair dye boxes and sealed food items, were torn open and completely empty. All the soap bottles were also empty. The hair dye boxes were completely empty, the contents having been taken out and then the individual boxes closed again.

Due to the state of the returned package, we notified the customer that unfortunately we cannot offer a refund due to all items arriving completely opened and empty after originally receiving photos of the items intact, and that they would need to contact their bank and any further communication we have with the customer could go through them.

We let the customer know from the beginning that we would have been more than happy to provide a partial refund for any item that spilled, and accepted any return of items that the customer did not want to keep due to soap being spilled onto it.

We believe that we handled this case appropriately by promptly offering a return label, carrier pickup, and partial refund, all to which the customer decided to destroy all items before returning. I have attached photos of how the items were returned. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

    Kind regards,

    Hello Sir/ ****

i had already informed the Company: Healthy Planet Enterprises Corporation (VitaminLife) in several emails that the food was contaminated with the liquid soaps and they refused to believe me and wrote back that its not possible that the food may have been contaminated by the liquid soaps leaking so I opened the food packages to check if they were edible. However the food had foul soap smell and I threw out the contents.
Yet the Company: Healthy Planet Enterprises Corporation (Vitaminlife) insisted that I ship back the items that were affected so I took out the food bags from the trash and shipped them back. The food had spilled in the shipping box as the bags were now open. Some food had spilled in trash can which I did not put back in bag as I did not want to touch any hazardous waste. How can the Company: Healthy Planet Enterprises Corporation (VitaminLife) expect me to use food that has been contaminated.

I also agreed to the partial refund - see email proof attached clearly stating that certain items were received intact and that they could reduce the dollar amount of the items that had arrived without any damages and refund the rest.
But now the Company: Healthy Planet Enterprises Corporation refuse to refund me after I already followed all their own instructions and shipped the packages back at my own transportation expense.
They said ***** would arrive to pick up the box but after rotting outside my apartment for over a week ***** never arrived and I took a cab and dropped the box for return at ***** store myself. See emails attached me waiting for ***** to arrive but they never arrived.

I could not have a soiled box sitting outside my apartment for days without resolution. Ive lost money, Ive lost time, Ive received hazardous liquid soap contaminated food items and Ive spent more money on cab to go return the soiled damaged items yet after several weeks of pleading and requesting the Company: Healthy Planet Enterprises Corporation (VitaminLife) refuses to take any responsibility for badly packaged items and keeps penalizing me. This is so traumatizing for me to lose hard earned money to such large companies where customer is never heard.

I ordered a bottle of cleansing face cream from this company, a product I have used for almost a decade now. It arrived with no seal (not even a broken seal, just absolutely no seal) and was dirty all over. As stated, I have used this brand and particular product for almost a decade now. I know that all of their products always come sealed with a plastic wrapping around the top. I emailed healthy planet to let them know what happened and was immediately told to send pictures. I sent pictures and told them I wanted a replacement sent, as I was not comfortable using a product with no seal. They never responded and have been ignoring me ever since. At this point, I would just like to be refunded for the product and I will purchase elsewhere.

We apologize for the delay in response to your other emails as we were waiting for our warehouse to confirm that the rest of our inventory wasn't defective before we shipped your replacement per your request, our representative should have relayed that to you so that you didn't think we were ignoring you. I placed order #******* on January 28, 2023 for 2 jars of honey. I received an email later that day that the items were on backorder. On February 22, 2023 I received notification that my order had been delivered. I kept the items stored in the box because I still had some honey in my cupboard. I unpacked the two jars of honey on March 10, 2023 and noticed that one of the jars was completely shattered. I immediately sent an email to VitaminLife's customer service with a picture showing the damage They responded that the 30 day timeframe since I had placed the order had lapsed and they couldn't help me. I responded back that although I placed the order in January that they didn't deliver it to me until February 22nd so it was within 30 days of receiving the product. They are refusing to make right the issue that I was sent a shattered jar of honey and penalizing me for it being almost a month since I placed the order until they shipped it to me. I just want them to replace the damage jar of honey.
