    My ** refrigerator's compressor and control panel went out so ** sent **** Liebert with "appliance repair experts of yakima" at ************ to come out and fix my refrigerator since it was covered under warranty. **** came out and diagnosed it as a bad compressor and a control panel. ** sent him a new compressor and control panel on June 15th which I have tracking numbers from *** that states they were delivered to his home. **** scheduled an appt for June 21st. **** failed to show up for are appt even though I told him I was taking the day off work to get this done since we were without a fridge for 1 month. I have emailed, called, texted **** numerous times over the last 3 months with no response. He doesn't return calls or text messages ever. I would not recommend **** Liebert with Appliance Repair Experts to my "worst enemy". I believe this is theft since he has my parts from ** for my fridge. My next step is to file a summons and complaint form to his bond company which is ***************************** Acct# ********* if he does not respond to my messages or now reviews.

    When my dryer unit stopped working, I was assigned this company through my insurance company, Home Shield. I made three separate appointments to meet the repairman, ****. Each time he failed to make good on his promise to come out. The first time was for Friday, May 10. When he didn't show I called him and was told he had been given the wrong city (Cle Elum rather than my city **********). I've been using Home Shield for three years now and have never had my address in any other place besides **********. When I checked with my insurance company, they assured me they'd sent the correct address including the city. When I did a ****** search street view of the supposed house in ********, I found that it was a single-story house. I'd made it clear that I lived in a two-story house and that he would need to go to the bottom-level door to meet the person waiting for him. He'd assured me that he'd waited at the bottom. Difficult to do if the house has only one floor.The second time was for the following Monday. When he didn't show up again, he told me that Home Shield called him that Saturday and canceled the appointment. Needless to say, when I checked with Home Shield, they had made no such call. The final time was an appointment the following Tuesday. He was to call me before the day was over to give me a timeframe. Not only didn't he call me, he didn't answer any of my calls, and to no one's surprise, he didn't show up for that appointment either.I eventually had to make my insurance company assign me another company and an extra three weeks before I could get my dryer fixed. I missed work and asked others to cover for me each time he didn't show up. That's money lost and time wasted.This company has proven to be unreliable and dishonest in their dealings with me. I'd strongly advise against anyone using them in the future. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
