    This company should be SHUT DOWN! There are numerous negative reviews and people are not even getting their product they paid for. It took us 8 months to get the first tenor pad from them. Now that my son is in ***, he wants a toned pad. He saw the advertisement promising delivery within 2-15 business days. I ordered mine 2/28 and it's now April 2nd. I've gotten excuse after excuse why it hasn't arrived yet. So now we are starting the process to dispute the charge on our card. I would never ever use this company again even if they gave stuff away for free. ****** learned.

    Ordered a drum pad for $132 in August 2019. 5 years later still have not received it!!!! Have reached out to the company repeatedly and either get no reply, or they reply and promise a date, but the pad is never shipped, so I have to email them again. No phone number for the company so can't call. They are thieves! Buyer beware! Do not purchase anything from Xymox!

    I ordered the Xymox Reverse *** plus snare pad on April 24th, 2024 and got the pad May 5th, 2024, so delivery wise they are doing really good now. I would say unless you buy it on a sale, which they are on half the time, it is a little expensive for a drum pad, but it sounds and feels good, so for quality its a good purchase. Also I heard they are under new management so that might also be a reason why its better shipping wise. Also the pad is not too loud at the same time you get the Marching snare sound and it feels really good to play on, that's one of the main reasons why I even ended up getting this pad. I would give this a 5, but I do understand their previous reputation they had.

    I have ordered 4 snare pads in the past. They did take about 6-8 weeks to arrive but I did receive my order and updates when my order would arrive. So, I decided to ordered the hybrid snare drum when it first launched in June of 2019.... It is now October 2023. I have not received my hybrid snare drum or a refund. I have emailed numerous times and attempted to find every method of communication with them to resolve this issue. Gave them a pass because of the pandemic. Gave them another pass when the company changed hands. However, not communicating with your customers, new or old, is not any way to do business. I do not recommend this company for anyone.

    OMG!!!!!! Why is NOTHING being done about this company and these people. Countless reviews that say the same thing and are my experience. I havent waited very long but as I see all of the reviews I can only imagine what I would be in for. Fortunately I paid for my tenor kick pad through Amazon pay. And they are going to get my money back for me. I hope. I noticed it was taking some time to get a tracking number and just any information on when I would receive my package. Very vague from whoever is emailing. And pretty frustrating! Definitely, dont buy from them. They will steal your money! I definitely wish I would have checked reviews before I bought anything from them. Absolutely awful company! Better Business Bureau do something!!!!!

    I ordered a hybrid snare back on dec. 26, 2019. I have been waiting for years. I been emailing and emailing from the time the pandemic was over til this day. I have asked for updates, anything. The last message I received was my snare was supposed to be delivered end of July 2022. It is September 2023, I have yet to receive anything.

    I ordered two things from xymox. I ordered a drum pad in October on a going-away sale and it was half off. I thought this was a now or never thing. It came on December the 19, so I thought it wasnt too bad as they also had many other people order stuff. Early December I ordered a tenor drum pad which was supposed to be here on Christmas but apparently it got lost in shipping so they sent a new one. It arrived on the ninth of January. So my experience wasnt as bad and their products are very innovative. I think ***** played in with some **************** not arriving. 4 stars because some people have been totally scammed and others like me have gotten their product.

    I ordered my pad July 23rd, 2019. It is currently June 9th, 2023 as of writing this and I have yet to receive my pad. 4 years and 100s of dollars later and nothing of it. Told me it was put in to production on September 9th, 2019 later learned in future emails that that wasn't the case, was told "I can guarantee that your order will be out by the end of February (2020)!" by support, they gave me two more emails with excuses and stopped responding. Last I heard from them was July 15th 2020. They run promotions and sales all the time still, have changed websites (I can't even log into my old account anymore), disabled comments on social media so people don't see that they are a terrible company, and probably more that I'm forgetting or haven't been personally affected by.I do not understand how this scam of a company continues to exist. It ***** too because it seems like they were doing cool stuff and when actual made right the pads were awesome.If you're reading this and haven't ordered a pad from them yet but do still want one, please try to find a pre-owned one for sale.

    For the love of everything in existence, do NOT even think about buying from this waste of creation. I bought a Tenor Kick drum in April of 2019!!!! Its been so long, theyve changed their website 3 times, and Im not surprised in the slightest that my account isnt in their records! I have proof of all my purchases, but it doesnt matter, because youll never talk to anyone from Xymox! Somehow I actually do have some Xymox products and theyre great. I dont know what happened to them. Maybe they dropped off the face of the Earth? Dont even waste your time, let alone the money. Theyre greedy, remorseless excuses for people.
