  Sammamish mortgage provided great service throughout the process. We worked mostly with ****** and ****, but when they were out worked with **** and ******. Everyone was kept us apprised of the application status and responded very quickly to questions and concerns.

  Sammamish Mortgage was incredible to work with. I was able to start shopping for homes with a pre approval letter the same week and funds were closed 3 weeks after offer was submitted. They were professional and very knowledgeable about the market and got me the best rate possible in a higher interest rate time period. They were organized and overall amazing to work with! This was my second home purchase and my previous experience with the lender was tedious and complicated. I thought thats how buying a house was, but Sammamish Mortgage made buying a home easy! I will use them every time for a refi, or other home purchases in the future!

  Fantastic experience! We found the best rates with Sammamish and the fact that there were no origination fees made this a no-brainer. Plus, we were able to close early because of how efficiently they worked. I only wish I found Sammamish Mortgage sooner!

  Overall, our experience with Sammamish was positive. The process was well structured and the team was able to work with us on all our needs throughout. During our process, there was a pause when we found out the seller had misrepresented the square footage of the home and we negotiated a price reduction, to which Sammamish was sympathetic and patient. Otherwise, ****************************, and the rest of the team were very upfront and honest and ensured the process was otherwise smooth. In particular, they helped expedite our closing in order for us to move into our new home as scheduled, given our move was interstate.

  I'm so glad that I found Sammamish Mortgage Co. Sammamish is a family owned and operated mortgage company that prioritizes and serves the interest of its clients. Working with them was a welcoming and wonderful experience. Nick was very responsive and was very transparent and helpful when laying out lending options. Jana, the loan processor, was a great communicator and she kept me informed every step of the way. The underwriters were very thorough. They actually found an issue just prior to closing and advocated for a solution before closing on the contract. I'm grateful to everyone who worked on the purchase of my property. If it hadn't been for Sammamish, I might have signed the contract without knowing about problems that I would have struggled to resolve after closing on the sale of the property. I highly recommend Sammamish, especially Nick and Jana. They are exceptionally capable and very personable and I really enjoyed meeting and working with them.

  I never understood the difference between the people I worked with ****** ***** etc ) I was very pleased with the timeliness of replies from everyone and the platforms used. **** was superb and went far beyond my expectations for support. In such a stressful process, she alleviated my concerns. She was thorough with explanations. We were able to close in less than a month so I know everyone involved put in extra time to allow for this.
