    I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe on 1/25/2024. The next day or two I noticed that the suspension was very stiff. Upon further inspection the front and rear suspension shocks and struts are leaking and seized. The vehicle was listed as legal on the buyers guide under the suspension line. Which it is not in working order.

    I purchased a vehicle from them in November 2022. Lights were off before I left as the sale ran past closing time. (RUDE) Everything I agreed upon with the salesperson was not communicated with the person that did my paperwork, and caught one MAJOR mistake on my trade in value from the start. Paperwork was re-done FOUR different times. (Real re-assuring) Paperwork was explained very poorly and I ended up coming in again the next day to have it re-explained and caught ANOTHER mistake! (This time I’m paying interest) I was never made aware of how much I was financing before I left. Loan came through my bank and was OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. Looked through my paperwork AGAIN and found a $4,2xxx warranty that was added and I signed for in the RUSHED sale. I would NEVER buy a warranty on a used car. If I wanted it I would have paid cash for it outright. Signed paperwork to drop warranty and receive reimbursement. After 4 weeks I emailed asking about it as I hadn’t seen it. Waited 6 weeks read through the copy of check they sent and found ANOTHER error that it was sent to the wrong bank. Nobody reached out asking me if I had received the check or of the error they made until I pointed it out. Received check after 8 weeks! (Mind you I was paying interest) Informed sales person that I am done with this company I want to sell my vehicle back. $22,000 was the best he could do Manager didn’t offer a cent higher. told me “we can’t afford to loose $3,000” I guess $3000 isn’t worth their reputation. Not to mention I was in on a holiday weekend for a message that came up on my dash about some stabiltrack and brake assist that comes up every time I drive. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours (holiday weekend) to tell me “oh we can’t get it to duplicate. We won’t charge you this time cause you just bought it.” I emailed the OWNER of this company that I found from prior terrible reviews and he did not even respond. Passed me along back to the sales person that I dealt with.

    Seems like there were many things that didn't go as normal on this deal. I apologize for that. If every deal was like this, we wouldn't be in business for over 20 years, so this isn't normally how things go. If there is still something you need help with, please call the dealership and ask for me and I will do my best to help.

    Do your best to help me.. yeah right. Your company has poor ethics from my understanding. Unwilling to help because I filed a bbb complaint.
