    Purchased tires and rims completely installed and balanced. After professionally installed, noticed one tire was defective filed a complaint within 3 days of inspection. Trailbuilt Offroad claimed warranty was denied due to excessive wear greater than 25% after only 100 miles driven on vehicle. I believe I was sold used or defective tires.

    5/23/23 I purchased rims and tires from this company. I got my order a few days ago and the order isn't complete. I got my order and 1 rim is missing a center cap. 2 wheels have matching center caps and the last wheel has a different center cap that doesn't match. I paid for a matching set of wheel and tires. The package includes matching center caps. The package also included the wheels to be mounted and balanced so I should have just been able to put then on my truck and ride. 3 of the wheels have weights that balance the wheels. 1 of the wheels has no weight at all so it's not balanced. I have called and emailed about these issues. I have been hung up on, sent to voice mail immediately as the phone rings. I have been told by sales that they can't help me. ****** is a manager and told me, " the wheels are ok even though it's missing a center cap and they don't' match you can mount them on your car. It wouldn't bother me to be missing a center cap." I paid almost $4,300 for these wheels and tires it should match and be right. He offered me $100 discount and told me the center caps are on backorder until August! That is unacceptable. There are other rims in that warehouse, they should be able to take the center caps off those wheels and send to me to complete my order. They refuse and screen my calls. They put me on hold and hang up on me. They also told me if I send them order back I have to pay a restock fee. They made the mistake why am I being punished for their mistake? I was also told if the tires have any dirt or signs of wear I can't return them. This company took my money and did not fulfill my order like I paid for. I need help with this please. I want what I paid for and compensation for this mess. My order is not complete and came missing parts that is part of the order. What if the parts get back ordered further than August like they are projecting? I have wheels and tires I can't use, they are missing parts. My order is not complete.
