On Monday January 10th,2022 I had called TML Auto to schedule an appointment to have my 2006 Jeep Wrangler looked at because I was moving out of town on Friday January 14th to *******, *********. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was ****, I explained to him that my concerns was the heat not being consistent and shaking of my vehicle while driving on the highway. I wanted to make those issues were addressed. **** made an appointment for Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 at 11:30am. I had arrived 10 mins earlier and discussed my concerns again at the service counter before I sat down to wait. I looked outside where my Jeep was parked and seen a service tech take it for a ride off the lot. I was hoping they would have noticed the shaking, but that only happens when your on the highway going over 55mph. One of the counter reps called me over and told me my radiator was leaking and they had to replace it. I asked them will that stop the shaking? He did not respond. I again shared my concern for that matter and was hoping they were going to fix it. When he told me it was a radiator leak ,I asked him how much total? He said $ ******. I said well go ahead and do it , since Im leaving in two days. I left and came back two and a half hours later with my Jeep parked in the pick up area. Paid the **** and left. On Friday January 14th,2022 I left for ******* which is just over two hours to get there. 45 mins into the highway drive my Jeep was shaking so hard ,I thought it was going to fall apart. My sister was following me and called me and said its ok just lower the speed. We eventually stopped in **********, ********* to have a Super Lube take a look to see what the problem was, since it shook three separate times in a 30 mile stretch. The tech at the Super Lube ****** told me my radiator cap was no good,it was spitting out fluid. He also told me my Tie Rods needed replacing, they were bad. He also said my water pump hose was leaking and The front differential input seal
