If you drop your lawn mower off and say you don't need a "tune-up", your mower will sit for weeks. They charge $200.00 for a tune up which is their going fee for anything that even resembles a mower. I dropped my Snapper mower off indicating I think it needs a new drive belt. Initially, they said they weren't busy and could get it done that week,I called three times that week and they say they had to "order a belt"I ordered a belt and received it in 3 days, I took that belt to them and they claimed it was the wrong belt and their belt was on "back order".Bottom line, they never even looked at the belt. They claimed it was an MTD mower when it was clearly a Snapper. The belt wasn't even broken, it came off the pulley. BUT they were going to charge me $60.00 for absolutely nothing, They didn't even unscrew two screws to even look at the belt. So if you plan on taking your mower in for repair, if you say, no tune up, it is their CODE for doing nothing to the mower and taking on more costly repairs to other customers! They are crooked! NEVER trust their word.
