      This business is terrible.It's been since September of 2021 that he was hired and it still is not complete. I did terminate the business on June 30th. To many lies not showing up no response and when he did show up he would come at 6 pm and leave at 11 pm and never do no work. He is trying to scam my insurance company and he is trying to over charge

      Evening of 11/5/22 around 6:30 pm, roof removal trailer delivered without notice. The guy backed it into my home. The corner of the vinyl siding & the siding on each side busted. Inspection needed to determine any structural damage. Roof removal started 11/6/22 at 6:00 am without notice. Start time not in compliance with the area ordinances. Spoke with the crew lead & told him before they leave, I want to be notified. He stated he would but did not. My inspection. Damage found: gutter aprons have holes, crooked & incorrectly installed. Bent all gutter hangers & cut gutters to fit the gutter aprons. Destroyed gutter screens. Holes, ************** in siding on all sides of home. Ripped window screens. Decor ruined. Text sent to *********** immediately. **** came out 11/7/22. **** agreed everything listed above was damage that hes responsible for & indicated that the shingles placed on the lower level of home were staggered incorrectly & will need to be redone. He said that he would be back 11/8/22 to do an inspection of roof. Sent a text at 1:15 pm to confirm appointment. No response or show up. 11/10/22 I sent a text. He responded with excuses & promised he would fix all issues. He stated he would be out that day but didn't & no call. 12/12/22, Sent text asking for update on issues. No response. 12/15/22, ********************* came out to do an inspection, a full inspection could not be done, due to snow on the roof. The $400 inspection will be completed once the snow melts off. Issues found: damage as stated above is accurate. There is tar-felt (non-synthetic) used between shingles and roof. Per quote, should've used *********** Shield Underlayment, Valley Flashing with *********** shield and Premium Synthetic underlayment, none used. Starter strips not used but billed for them. Gutter apron is possibly old apron. Total amount of damage unknown, however, as of now (NOT including siding damage) replacement & repair is roughly $21,000 & will likely be higher.

      I will take a refund only if I also get the total cost of all repairs needed from the damage done to my home by his people. New gutters, gutter guards, siding, etc. Repair costs would be in addition to full refund.

      This is an insurance claim and ********************** has not paid out of pocket for any work completed thus far.  **** has been out and did document the damage that ********************** is saying the crew committed.  When they backed the trailer and it hit the corner of the house it did crack the vinyl cornerpost and siding.  It would be near to impossible to have structural damage but **** will be looking in to that.
      Her insurance claim has not yet been finalized due to the damages.
      To address ********************* complaints - I can not say for certain what time the crew got there but would not have thought it was 6am, they normally start 6:30am-7am.  I would have called her but I was not aware that they were definitely starting that morning.  As far as her stating the gutter apron wasn't changed out is not true as I brought out gutter apron and drip edge that morning for the crew and nothing was left over after they were finished.
      As far as ********************* stating **** would be out there on a set day and time is not  true.  ********************* was told he would be out there when he had gotten the chance and didn't set a specific day and time.
      The crew ALWAYS uses new Ice & Water AND synthetic underlayment before putting on the new shingles (after taking off all the old including whatever underlayment or felt was under old shingles)  Always remove old material down to plywood.
      ********************* has been told, more than once, that we will take care of damages caused by the crew but will have to wait until spring.
      Again, this is an insurance claim with no money out of pocket from ***********************  I am not sure where she got the amount of $21000 for damages.

      ********************** did not like the fact that the crew wouldn't talk to her.  Our crews are trained to do their jobs and not to be directed by Home Owners.  Home Owners should contact the office with any concerns.
      And when ********************* contacted the office she was talked to or if her call was missed was called back.
      She has sent texts to myself and **** - multiple texts and I have responded to her.
      ********************** claims that the crew was saying vulgar things about her and laughing at her but also said she doesn't understand or speak spanish.  **** asked the crew and they denied.  They enjoy their work and will laugh amongst themselves and sing and dance while working. 
      ********************* roof was installed to manufacturers specifications.  She called GAF the manufacturer and left a voicemail.  Our GAF rep called and I explained the situation to him and they closed out her "complaint".

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear 

      Theyre responding with fabricated statements. I disagree everything they responded with.

      There was another person with me at the time of some the issues with the crew and is a witness to how I was treated. Regardless, my complaint didnt even address that.

      All statements I made are factual and I was NEVER informed they would resolve my issues in the spring. The only reason I received any response (which were all extremely unprofessional and became harassment) was because **** was notified of my complaints. Also, the *** complaint is actually still open.

      Dear bbb,I really need to file a complaint in hopes you may be able to help me. I have exhausted all avenues at my disposal. My daughter lives in a mobile home and I hired and paid for a company names800 Roof Pro to repair her roof. I am a senior on a fixed income and paid them $6500.00. The repair was in April ****. I have all the paperwork to show my signature and states a 20 year guarantee. There is now a leak in her kitchen ceiling light which is very dangerous. Between my daughter and myself, we have called over a dozen times and either no answer or were told the same story that they would get the word out to ******, who did the work. We have been calling for about 2 months now and have always been put off. Last night we had rain again and of course, it leaked into her ceiling light once again. I have tried to email but it won't go through. The paperwork states and address of ************************* ****************************. the paperwork states to call **** directly at ************. I have talked to her at least 6 times and although she is very nice, have been getting the same run around. the email given is 800roofprowi.com.

      I called 800 RoofPro to come and take a look at the roof in my house and provide me with a quote. A gentleman by the name of ******************* came to my house and inspected the roof. I requested multiple times in my conversation with ************** to provide me with a written quote, I also mentioned that I have called other contractors and they have come and provided me with quotes. ************** took many photos that was caused by hail damage. He never provided me with a quote or estimate. ************** subsequently came to my house when the insurance adjuster came. ************** promised to send the adjuster and me the photos he took, he never send those photos. As a result, my claim was delayed for 3 weeks. I called the adjuster, he said never received the photos and could not finish his report. The adjuster then scheduled another visit to my house which caused much unwanted delays. Adjuster took many photos. At that time ************** also showed up to my house and provided the photos he had taken before. Between the visits by the adjusted I made several phone calls to **************, he never answered them. After each call, a lady would call back (believe to be ****'s mother), but was not of any help, she would simply state that she would let ******************* aware of my phone call. When ************** showed up the second time when the adjuster came, he said he had difficulties sending the photos due to internet issues. By that time, those photos were worthless because my claim had been delayed for almost a month. At that time, I looked at the reviews online for the 800 Roof Pro and found many customer complaints. In most of those complaints, customers stated that ************** never returned their phone calls, that was precisely my experience too. At that time, I became fearful of this company and decided not to continue with the 800 Roof Pro. With all that said, I just received an invoice from 800 Roof Pro for $390.00 for the quote he never provided. I like this invoice to be nullified. Thank you.

      800 Roof Pro replaced my roof on my home and replaced gutters on house and south side of garage April 2021. From day one I have had issues with follow up and quality of work. 4/7/21 Found out they hired contractors to do the work and did not file for a permit in Oshkosh and was fined. I had to have them come back to replace roof in back room, which is attached to house. Then the roof sagged & had to have them come back again. I called them once a week for a while and then once a month and emails in between for a year! Their office worker says she talks to **** and tells me he will call and/or come out to look at issues but never does. January 2022 had a warm up and snow/ice melted on roof and now I have leaks in my roof and all my ceiling tiles have wet spots. And have gotten worse since January. My gutters are still not lined up right and I have puddles when it rains hard. In addition, all the drywall on the 2nd floor ceiling is cracked in the seams due to the weight of the all the roofers.

      I had 800 roof pro replace my roof June 2021. I asked that they put my antenna back on roof. The roofers threw the antenna off the roof & broke beyond repair. I already had an appt for someone to attach my antenna to my T.V. roof pro offered to replace my antenna. I asked if they can repay me for the antenna the antenna person would put up himself. Upon verbal agreement I proceeded. I have yet to receive my $ 289. Refund. Everytime I called re: a leak in my roof, either without their "roofing shoes" (what?) Or said that they found nothing. I had to take photos in my attic to prove I had a leak. Finally that was fixed. But the biggest thing is that roof pros will not give me my contract that I signed for my 50 year guarantee!! I need that for when I sell my home

      September 14th the roofing project started after paying **** dollars down.Half way through I noticed that they never remover old underlayment in area that was reported to them where a leak had occurred. So that evening I emailed them to explain the issue. They responded saying it will get addressed in morning. Next morning the workers started so I called to remind them of my concern and again they said the project manager would be out to talk to workers. He showed up for 10 minutes and left and never saw him the rest of the day. Meantime the workers sat in yard for 6 hrs without doing anything. Then just started working without addressing my issue. The shingles went on and nothing was said.It took 3 full days to do the roof the size of one that should have taken no more than 10 hrs.Ordered gutter helmets which they applied at 8pm for 2 hours in the dark! and demanded the final $**** be paid that nite.They have a 2 yr workmanship warranty. Once I got a chance to look at gutter helmets I realized they were put on horribly. They ultimately allow the water to run over gutter onto ground in front of foundation.Also a downspout was not connected properly and allows water to flow outside of spout.All of this was supposed to be addressed with a Walkthru which never happened. I now see a shingle pulling up that needs to be addressed. All on top of the board where the leak was occurring and was shingled over.I called multiple times and EVERY time they said they would send somebody to fix and I would take time out of my day to wait and no one would show. 800 Roof pros knows exactly what I want, they just choose not to do it because they got their money. They refuse to honor the workmanship warranty. As far as I am concerned this job is not finished. And they need to follow thru and fix the issues.

      I have not been in contact with 800 roof pros since 10-11-21 when I called asking when they were going to address my issues. At that time I was told that someone would be here on the 13th to resolve the problems. No one has ever been here since the payment was made. And no contact has been made to resolve it in any sense. Frankly tired of the lies.

      8/13/20 a representative of ************************* (AME) provided a quote to replace the roof on my home, garage, shed & outhouse. The work was promised to be completed in Oct. 2020. The full estimate was $9,000. The rep stated that to order the materials and secure the date, a 50% payment of $4,500 was required, which they charged **** on 8/13/20. The contract, receipt and charge indicated the company name "800RoofPro". Having heard nothing by mid October, I called to verify that the work would be completed. "****" stated it would be completed before the end of October, and sent a rep to remeasure all of the roofs (the 3rd different rep to verify measurements). 10/29 **** returned my call...due to WI ************** material shortages we agreed to schedule work in spring. From 3/20/21 thru 5/6/21, I called AME and left numerous voicemail messages (I have never reached a live rep when calling) asking for a date for the install, or a refund of the deposit. **** called back 5/6 and noted that the materials would be delivered May 19th, & the work would start the day after. Again, no call and a no-show from AME. 6/4 I demanded a refund. June 7th, another rep from AME came to the property to re-measure. June 18th I left a message requesting a refund. **** called 6/18 & stated that a crew finishing up a job nearby would be bringing materials to our location and starting on the roof "today". No crew or materials showed up. 6/25 I called for a refund. **** called & said a crew would be there the 2nd week of July. 7/20 I left a message demanding a refund. 8/11/21 sent a letter of demand, allowing them 30 days to comply with a refund. 8/13 **** called & explained the entire crew was out with COVID for a *********** would call 8/17 to schedule the work. No call on 8/17. 8/23 **** called & said a crew would arrive 8/25. Through it all, tried to allow for COVID crew and material issues. To date no work completed, no refund received, & AME doesn't call back

      I called business to have metal roof repaired. Representative came evaluated, quoted price. I accepted. Have a signed contract. Job was going to cost $3000, I Put $1000 down upon signing of contract. This all took place in July 2021, they said would be middle of August, that came and went. I called ************* was always told they would call back and never did. Stated jobs are taking longer than normal because of workers. Etc. the last conversation I had was in Sept, I stated to them they were running out of time as winter was coming. They were going to call me back and boss was going to do it himself if he had to. Now they dont even answer the phones anymore so I have no communication at all.

      On September 14th, they were to install a patio door with a screen door. The patio door was installed, but the screen door was giving him trouble. He was going to return later to install it. A screen door was installed but it is too large for the door therefore it does not slide open. I paid $2500 to have this installed. They make promises that they do not keep. I would like my screen door to work.
