      Purchased an L-Sectional for over $3500.00 at the Ashley Home store in ******. At the time of purchase I was sold a warranty on all my furniture pieces. I was informed everything was covered on the warranty from top to bottom and everything in between. Eighteen months later the springs are broken and the cushions have lost their resiliency. Filed a claim, tech was dispatched, confirming that the springs were broken and the cushions have lost their resilience. He informed us we would hear back from the warranty company within 10 days. After waiting two weeks, I had to make contact with the warranty company only to find out that the cushions and the springs are not covered in the warranty. Which is completely unacceptable, when we were told everything was covered by the salesperson. Not even two years old and my $3500.00 couch is completely useless.

      We purchased a chest dresser in April 2020. At this time we purchased a warranty that was offered by ashley through GRB. In april 2021, I filed a claim with GRB regarding damage to our dresser. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Ashley and GRB. Each time they pass me back and forth and create new issues every time I spoke to them. After weeks of fighting, I was told my replacement was approved and ashely told me it was sent the fullfillment company. When the company reached out, they were from the previous state we lived in. Ashley then told me they dont know how to change the address. After 4 hours on the phone with them they said they would look into it. A rep called me back and said it was resolved and the fullfullment company in Ny would reach out. I waited a few weeks. When i reached out they said there was an error in submitting it to the fulfillment company and to wait a few weeks. a few weeks later i was told again my warranty was voided bc we moved.

      On 7/5, went to the location @ *************************************. Purchased 3 sets of barstool chairs and a large sofa. Order #********* totaling $3425.18. On 7/8, items delivered and only received 3 barstools, not 3 sets. Showed the delivery guy the receipt and he said that's what the warehouse sent. Told me to take a pic of the slip on his phone showing the 3 sets and to call the main #. On 7/8 called the main number who called the warehouse and said that this was how it was 'written up'. Its advertised as a set and the receipt shows a set and to call the salesrep, JWarbritton. Called and LM but no contact back. On 7/9, livechat for 30 mins w/ Antron who said he'd open a missing parts order and that we'd be contacted in 72hrs. On 7/13, livechat for 30 mins w/**** to check status and she says the claim was never filed. New case#******** and we would be contacted asap. On 7/15, still no contact. LM for salesrep again w/ no contact back. Awful customer service and time wasted. I want my 3 stools!

      I ordered 6 barstools (3 sets), I PAID for 6 barstools (3 sets), I received 3 barstools (1 1/2 sets). I've sent my receipts, confirmation emails, and photos showing that I purchased and paid for 6 stools. I can also show that a quick online search of the product- Centiar Counter Height Bar Stool (SKU:D372-624)- reflects that these are sold in sets of 2. I've reached out to the company numerous times and have gotten the run around. I'm just requesting what I paid for. Deliver the 3 barstools or refund my money. If you prefer, pick up these 3 barstools that were delivered and fully refund all my money. It's cheaper at *********** Target, Overstock, Amazon, etc. It's very simple.

      This is not true. I did not receive the 3 sets upon initial delivery. The receipt showed I ordered 3 sets. When I told the delivery man, he said for me to take a picture of his phone and contact the main number. This is exactly what I immediately did. I submitted the pictures and my concern to the company and BBB. I've reached out to the company almost a dozen times (all documented and have picture proof of outreach attempts). I have not received one call or email from the company...EVER. When I first called the warehouse they did not dispute that they only delivered 3. They stated that this is how the sale was written up. I have also submitted pictures of the sales receipt that says that I purchased 3 sets. I cannot believe all the time I've wasted on this billion dollar company, fighting over 3 chairs ($180). In total, I spent over $3k on that sale. At this point, it is about them doing the right thing. Three options: deliver my 3 stools, refund the difference, or come get these other 3 and give me my full refund.

      For the first time since 7/8/2021, did I finally hear from the company. ********* store manager, left a message stating that the 2/CN listed next to the barstool is "not for the customer, that is to let the warehouse know that there is 2 in a box". This is not only absolutely and completely false, its absurd. It was advertised as a set of chairs, listed on my sales order as a set of chairs, and on my receipt as a set of chairs. All these documents were submitted with the initial complaint. Visit their own website that specifically says 'SET OF 2'. I have attached a screenshot from their website that I just took moments ago. I tried to call back to speak to ******** but of course noone ever answers. Currently on hold for 25 minutes. At this point, they should pay me for my time wasted. This is false advertising.

      I was not charged correctly for the chairs - I paid for 3 sets and only received half of the order. I am due 3 chairs or a refund. It was the 4th of July sale so all the pieces were discounted, however, I ordered 3 sets as was advertised. They only sent 3 chairs. Look at the documents.

      I compiled the timeline, receipts, and pictures. As you can see in the receipt, it was the 4th of July sale and we got a discount on the entire purchase. Ashley may think that due to the price, I only ordered 3 separate stools. We ordered 3 sets of stools at the full price and the discount was applied to the entire order. It was advertised as 3 sets and confirmed in all of the receipts. If what they are saying is true then that means I would have knowingly agreed to pay $249.99 for ONE of these stools. That is absolutely ridiculous.

      Please let me know what else I can provide. Thank you.

      Still have not heard from the company. They had left a voice message a few weeks ago asking me to call the store to speak with them. After several attempts and being on hold for 20+ minutes, I stopped trying. They can try contacting me again and leaving a direct phone number for me to reach the manager. When calling the store number, you will be on hold for over 15+ minutes, when (if) someone finally answers, it is the overflow customer service team and all they will do is try to patch you back into the store directly. And the process will repeat over and over.

      I was told on several occasions that if no one answers the line at the store, it rolls over to the CSRs. No one at the store ever answers the phone. HQ would benefit from doing quality control on the incoming calls to see the customers horrible experience there too.

      IS NO ONE READING THESE RESPONSES? SEND ME A DIRECT NUMBER TO THE STORE MANAGER AND I WILL HAPPILY CALL. In fact, have your corporate office or the BBB rep call the main store line and see how far they get. Give me the direct number and I will call. As noted before, I have attempted to call the store (before and after filing this complaint) and it is impossible to get through. This incident happened on the 4th of July weekend- resolve this already.

      I purchased a furniture order on 7-5-21. Shipment was awful. Everything came in separate shipments when I had indicated I wanted it all delivered on 7-13-21. Boxes were busted open and damaged. No one rang or notified of the delivery. Massive boxes left out front for us to move despite the order specifically indicated assembly on "entire order" which I have screenshots of. Coffee table had wonky drawers that did not close flush, a cabinet that doesnt stay closed, and coffee table had imperfections and marks on the sides that should not be there. Very low quality and disappointing experience. I contacted * ******* employee on 7-7-21 regarding the shipment and assembly discrepancy and she promised to call back the next day with a resolution and I havent heard anything. Now I am trying to return over the phone and it has been a nightmare and I am told I wont get credit or resolution for up to 2 weeks. NEVER AGAIN

      I purchased a dining room table and for $1500 and the table was delivered and the hardware is missing from the chairs, table, bench and the table is unstable and wobble. I called to ask for a new table and for it to be assembled so my children and I will be able to safely sit at the table without hurting ourselves and nothing has happened.       I purchased a platform bed and the instructions manual and hardware is was not included in the box when I opened the box. I called customer service and provided the bed serial number and was told that the correct parts would be shipped out to me. I received the parts today and they were the incorrect parts not for the platform bed but for a dresser. I called customer service to inform them of the situation and the agent said that she saw a case that was previously opened for management but was never submitted and the call got disconnected. I called and called only to be disconnected or placed on hold. What do I do with a bed without hardware or instructions? This is so frustrating to pay for a product you can’t use. No one want to take responsibility of the mix up nor care to address the problem. I have never had a problem with Ashley until now and this level of service this is very disappointing.

      We never received the instruction manual but the above link will provide you with the information about the type of strews and fittings we need.


      The attached pictures is what was mailed to us which not the correct hardware.  As you can see in these pictures, this is for a drawer and not for the platform bed.  


      In addition, I have also included a complaint case#03693088 in which I am awaiting a response.  Because of this error, I am requesting reimbursement for the inconvenience.  I have traveled to Jacksonville from Tampa to set up this bed for my mom and was not able to get the correct hardware and now I have to make another 3 hour trip once I receive the correct hardware.  This is very unfair and inconvenient to the customer, there was no apology given or empathy from your company.  I was promised these hardware over two weeks ago.

      Order placed in store order number***-***-**** several days before scheduled delivery we decided that one of the items was not needed. Several calls were made to the store to cancel item before it was delivered, no one would pick up the phone at store so it was transferred to customer care who informed us that we would need to contact the store to change order, tried several times. after several attempts customer care told us that we could refuse the item upon delivery and we would get the refund that way. At time of delivery we did refuse the item (delivery team was help full and said this was normal and we would get the refund for item). This was on 6-18-2021. we called salesperson who was off who told us they would contact store manager to make sure we would get the money back. No call. I have called over and over to the store, no answer, customer care who transfers me to the store who does not answer or on hold for hours. we just want our money back for the item ($250)

      I purchased a mattress/adjustablebase set on 06/13/2021 from Ashley HomeStore in ************ *******. Before purchasing, the salesperson stated that if anything went wrong or if we did not like the mattress, I had 90 days to return the mattress and base. I would only have to pay a $99 delivery fee to have the furniture taken back to the warehouse. The furniture was delivered 06/18/2021. The next day I called customer service to process the return. I was told I’d receive a call in a few days to schedule pickup. On June 22, I received a phone call to see if I was contacted regarding the return (I had not). On June 24, I received an email stating the mattress was not returnable. I immediately called customer service. The first representative stated that we could return but must wait 30 days before processing the return. I escalated the complaint and was assured that I'd hear back in 72 hours. It has been two weeks and I have not received a follow-up phone call or email.

      Ashley Furniture Homestore Address: **** ***** ***** ******** *********** ** ***** Date of Transaction and TIme: 3/28/2021 5:45:44 PM Amount Paid: $2,450.35 I received a defective 2-piece sectional in mid April 2021 and paid $2,450.35 total. Ashley has still yet to resolve this issue, to date 7/06/21. A technician came to review the sectional in June 2021 and advised that there was nothing he could do to fix the defect in the sectional as it noticeably squeaks really bad. Ashley furniture's third party vendor attempted to deliver a replacement piece today but that piece was damaged and the movers advised that we had a bad day and to call the customer service center tomorrow. Now mind you, this problem has been going on since April 2021. I am very frustrated at the lack of customer service that I have been provided giving the $2,500.00 I have spent. It has been three months for the issue to be resolved. I would like a refund/store credit. i will drop sectional off at ** store myself.
