Unordered items were delivered and even though the driver had checked his order he left the items at my house. Go to find out they were not our and I was getting calls and emails to return the items. On top of that our furniture was not put together correctly and hardware for the piece was missing.Review from Daniel R

Jermain was very helpful & knowledgeable. The process was swift and easy. He had no issues looking up the product to make sure it was exactly what i was asking for. Not to mention I had technical difficulties with my payment and he was able to resend the information and kept in touch every step of the way. Everything was good except the guy who assisting us was not in the expected proficiency when we first came he was good but after that he changed it seems like he is the one who will pay. I asked him if we could have a discount on the table because there were scratches on top of the table but he said that you would pay just 50% of the price. It seems like we were begging him to buy it to buy it for us.Review from Paula D

I will NEVER buy furniture again from Ashley furniture. They do not want anything to do with you once you make the purchase and leave the store. My furniture arrived defective and it took 5 months to finally get a replacement, after they sent technicians out three different times to try to fix it. The repairs made it worse. Awful communication between the store and the warehouse. The workers at the warehouse are unprofessional and unhelpful. Five months of run around and frustration!
