I went in to purchase a couch and asking to use ****** for payment. Instead of telling me they accepted ****** for payment (which is essentially the exact same thing) they insisted I have my credit run for other creditors. I was approved for several and without ever asking which company I would like to use they began to finish the sale before I stopped them after looking into the reviews on these companies. As it turns out they had already opened accounts for me with these companies which I didnt realize would be taking place. I told them I didnt want to use these shady companies and as I was walking out the door, they then decided to tell they accept ****** and explained that its the exact same thing as ******. My credit dropped significantly and it could have been avoided if they just explained this from the beginning. Now I have to contact credit bureaus to try and have this taken off my report.Ashley Global Retail

I was ready to redo my room and almost bought from ***** ** **, but my cousin suggested Ashley for better pricing. I walked in and was greeted by Yahweh super sweet, bubbly, and full of energy. I appreciated that she let me browse without pressure.I told her I was comparing a bed I loved at ***** ** **. She showed me Ashleys only optionnot the same style or color, but it caught my eye. I also asked for pricing on a living room set just to compare. Instead of just giving me numbers, she went full sales mode, pushing financing and maxing out my fiancs and my credit. Nope, not happening. I said Id consider splitting the purchaseshe ignored that and put nearly everything under my name.Then came the golden ticket gimmicks and confusing discounts that didnt actually exist. I signed, but while sitting at a red light, I checked my invoiceno discounts, missing items, and a higher price than the sticker. I turned around. Jacob, another salesperson, swore he’d fix it, but the next day, nothing. When I finally went back, the manager got defensive, dodged my questions, and couldn’t explain the price changes. She kept running unnecessary “numbers” like I was buying a car, not furniture. I had to fight just to remove the living room set, and she still tried to convince me to leave items on hold so I wouldn’t “lose” free delivery. Girl, I don’t care at this point. Then she made some awkward “common law” marriage joke—cringe. Bottom line: I feel scammed. The pricing was shady, the customer service fell apart when I asked questions, and I left with a headache. If you like mind games and sketchy pricing, go for it. Otherwise, buyer beware. My account is currently on hold for all the items I canceled off I will check back in a few days to see if the amount is correct. At this point I don't feel it will be and may be cancelling my entire order.

NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture. Going to make this long story short. I paid cash on 12/6/2024 for a recliner sofa and couch. Delivery was 12/20/24. The recliner on the sofa wouldn't close, the delivery guys said "you need to call Ashley to repair". I called on 12/21/24 in the AM. After 1.5 hrs on the phone, they decide to replace my sofa. I spoke with a supervisor, Rob (rude) and couldn't give a delivery date. After a few mins, he gave me a delivery date of 1/7/25. New sofa was deliver, YAY, NOT!! Same delivery guys delivered the new sofa, now the head rest doesn't work. Again, they say "all Ashley for repairs". I called Ashley. Now they need to order parts to repair the head rest. On 1/8/25 parts were order, 7-10 business days for parts. On 2/11/25 I received a message they forgot to order an additional part. Now another 7-10 business days from 2/11/24. Extremely FRUSTRATED by now. I called again, I was told the parts were delivered on 2/15/25. After several calls to find out how much longer the parts will be delivered. They finally sent me a picture of the house they delivered it too. Wrong address! Numerous phone calls, spoke with Rob again, with his rude self, ZERO care of the service I have received. Not sure why he's in that position. Finally on 3/22/25 a repair person showed up. The repair guy was not happy on how long it took and he gave the history of Ashley Furniture (it's not good) Keep in mind this lasted from 12/6/24-3/22/25. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I want to sell my furniture and NEVER EVER recommend them!!Ashley Global Retail

Deliberately left out pertinent information which would have impacted whether or not I would have made a purchase. The most horrible customer service ! Gave me the run around . All purchases are final even if damaged and un repairable. Just horrible! Will never have my business again. Not to mention the delivery fee they did not mention nor the promotion fee ! They are good at selling thier furniture.. But does nothing to help solve any problems once the furniture has been delivered.. As in fixing g the furniture that breaks in the first 6 months. they tell you the part is order.. and on its way but then comes on back order.. And refuses to exchange the item untill the try to fix it. And says they have a no return policy which I seen no where in the store or on the item I was buying.. They do nothing at the store it's all done online and the store refuses to help once the item has been delivered.. customer service is no good and only reads from a computer screen .. And does nothing to help get the issue resolved ...Ashley Global Retail

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I purchased a sectional back on 01/13/2025. The salesperson was very helpful. The delivery was made on the date as planned. However, the sectional arrived with the wrong "wedge" section to which the delivery guy wanted to argue and say that yes, this was the piece that we ordered. I pulled my paperwork and showed him that no, it was not. He made a call to wherever the delivery came from within Ashley's organization and the rep said they would deliver the correct wedge by the end of the day...which they did. However, I also informed her that we had received an extra butt cushion and were missing one of the corresponding back cushions. The rep said she would have it delivered with the correct wedge piece if it was available. Otherwise, she informed that they would order the correct cushion and we would receive it within 10 business days. So, long story short, the cushion never arrived, my wife and I went into the ****** location once each where they said they were adding notes for the cushion to be ordered and for someone to call us. Noone ever called so my wife called them again. This time, the rep advised her that they would send the cushion out but asked if we needed someone to put it together for us...uhhh what? The next week, a box arrives with the outer cushion cover and a box full of stuffing for us to stuff our own cushion. This wouldn't have been an issue except there is a white inner sleeve that was missing that you actually stuff before putting it into the color matched outer sleeve. We've been trying for weeks to get this part so that we can stuff our own cushion and complete our sectional which we have yet been able to use since it is STILL MISSING A CUSHION. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from Ashley again. I now have a brand new $2k sectional with a missing cushion and a company that apparently has no concern in resolving our issue.Ashley Global Retail

When I went to the store on August 30, 2024, I had $450 in cash to put on a bed The bed I lay down on at the store was $659. The one they gave me was $549 it is used and I’ve been calling them since last year 2024 for a couple months. they had blocked my number from the store and Mr. Xavier Alonso block my number from his cell phone. This bed has been sitting on my wall waiting for them to come and get it. I am a senior black woman, not his right for him to do this to me to set me up for credit card I did not ask for. I feel that he just wanted a good standing for his job. I’ve been waiting to get this mattress switched out for the one I want. I chosen a firm mattress not a plush mattress. I am currently sleeping on an air mattress. I just want my $450 back from synchrony bank. I am tired of this and taking two blood pressure pills because of him, and I am under a lot of emotional stress at the moment. I am very dissatisfied with the recliner my husband and I purchased at Ashley Furniture in *********** in 2023. At the end of October 2024, my recliner was stuck in the up position due to the motor had broken that controls it. So, I make a claim with EXTEND who my extended warranty was with. The technician came to my house and analyzed my recliner, told us we needed a part that operates the recliner to recline which this visit happened in November 2024. Needless to say, in March 2025 I was told they no longer make the parts for my recliner and I would get a refund. Well, the next day the parts for my recliner arrived at my house. Yep you read that right.......... As of today, March 10, 2025 I am still trying to get this resolved. I have not been reimbursed nor had anyone come to my house to install the parts. I had send Extend numerous emails but unfortunately, I am getting false information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!Ashley Global Retail

I did respond to Ashley Furniture request via email on March 17, 2025.Also, I received an email on March 13, 2025 from Extend (****************) saying they were going to reimburse me with a credit card from DSG to purchase another power recliner.
