    - Hired Techos Contracting Feb 2023 - Project started May 2023 - Project was supposedly be 'completed' June 2023 however there were many issues that were unresolved - We paid in full in June ************************************************************************** writing (I send send further documentation if needed)Company re-sided our house and replaced all soffits, fascia and trim. The project has several large issues that are unresolved: 1) Days after installations, the siding was already drooping and not secured properly 2) We noticed countless nails that were extremely visible and unfinished. We asked **** what could be done and he said that they would be caulked/covered and painted. The caulking was done but it has now been 6 months of us asking him to do the painting that he promised and he has gone **** We first asked on June 20th and its now mid-December. Initially he assured us that painting over the discolored caulk was included and would be completed but we followed up 12 times via text and 5 times via phone and it still hasnt been done. The trim around the entire house looks terrible because of this. 3) The caulk between trim pieces has already warped in under 6 months 4) The cleanup after the project was not done properly. Hundreds of small pieces of siding from the cutting were all over the yard in addition to 60+ nails/screws that I picked up myself because we have a dog, baby and toddler who couldve been injured putting them in their mouth or stepping on them. I had mentioned the nails and nothing was done so I had to do it myself. 5) Gutter was put back on crooked which makes the front overhang look crooked. 6) They stopped responding to my calls/texts without fulfilling their obligations Since the work was not done properly, I would like a refund in the amount of $2000-$3000 to hire a new company to fix their errors. I cannot trust Techos to come back and complete the work since I've already been waiting 6 months for that.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    The contractor came back and completed the items he said he would so we are much more satisfied than we were initially. I thank you for getting involved and following up!!  It really does make a difference in holding contractors accountable for doing the work they promised.
