ORDER DATE: ARP. 26TH 2022 TOTAL PRICE PAID: $449.00 I was told via website the item was "in stock" (here's the link to the product I bought showing the status as it is and was when I bought it)After seeing the order status was changed to "shipped" the day after purchase I contacted them asking for a tracking number. I was met with a reply from *************************** (email is ************************ which is odd since I ordered and emailed Hummul originally and like their website states Hummul took over The WoodCraft website but nothing about this "cherrytreetoys" in *****'s email address) telling me that's automatically done after any purchase and that my item was not even built yet and the parts needed to build them were stuck on those cargo ships that were ****** up for days/weeks at the time. When that excuse no long fit it was being loaded onto a trailer to get to the builder when that no long worked I was told it was almost there and then ignored to never get my item, my refund, or a further response to my fraudulent purchase through them. I've called to no avail, emailed, wrote physical letter. It took me so long to get to BBB because I was struck with COVID-19 that hospitalized me basically from then until now. I still held out hope that I would get home and there my life saving filtering device would be awaiting me! Sadly that's not been the case. I will attach my email correspondence and my invoice from ****** for this purchase. At this point I was the product I ordered AND my money back. AND for them to take down their fraudulent information and products.
