    Booked into the sands motel in ******** ** across from the Kwik trip in ******** ** and thought not a bad rate for $100 security deposit and $300 for a week stay , first night was a living h*** ! Constantly sound of dripping and running water in room 36 and can't turn the heat dial up for warmth and is set at 72 degrees and no matter what it won't go any higher than 72 degrees ! Second night I was there it was the same ordeal as the first night 72 degrees and still can't get the thermostat dial to turn up for heat and is staying at 72 degrees and sound of running water still won't quit with dripping and running around in the room the mini fridge is worthless and froze my soda and orange juice and Gatorade drinks as well as my snack tray of apples and cheese and grapes that I bought from Kwik trip across the street ! And the snack tray from Kwik trip was completely fine and not frozen when I bought it as well as the drinks of soda , chocolate milk , Gatorade , orange juice ! The shower head was a complete piece of junk also when I use it the head was control with nothing but a solid stream of water and no spray effect whatsoever ! The toilet paper is also a worthless paper product as well because it's like wiping my tush with sandpaper and is worthless as well to use ! The door has a air breeze coming thru it when shut and locked ! The constant sound of running water has now keep me up without sleep and my drinks and snack tray of food had to be thrown away as well because it froze them so bad it was in edible to eat whatsoever and the drinks had to be discarded also because of being frozen ! I am on SSI Disability with a very limited cash funds to live on and now I have my only last $5 to live on till next month with a very bad situation for me to make sure I get sleep and food now ! Because of having to throw away my items to eat and drink ! Can't wait till I have to tell my Dr why I'm not stable because of these reasons at the sands motel in boscobel ** .

    Day 10 and still no television , and now going on 11 days since my room was cleaned last , this is absolutely ridiculous ! I am a paying customer ! Absolutely ridiculous !!! So much more issues than you could possibly imagine ! Something needs to be done about this situation and it is and needs to be addressed A.S.A.P

    Renting a room now at the sands motel is very acceptable and has improved in a huge way ?? the water noise is gone and the mini fridge works very well and the heat is properly working now also ?? there is now even new cable services for television and it's absolutely amazing ?? , the owner has been very busy working on all issues and is doing a excellent job ?? the sands motel i most definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a motel room in ******** ********* ?? I feel the problems are taking care of and no more issues whatsoever ??
