I think they like money, a lot. I was told my teeth were "terminal" and that I needed a full set of implants.A second opinion saved me $42,000 dollars and gave me a healthy mouth with the proper treatment.I recommend you run away as fast as you can from this place.

Hi *******,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your concerns and would like to address them *********** Meridian, we are committed to providing honest and thorough assessments of each patients dental health, focusing on long-term stability and overall oral health. After a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth, our recommended treatment plan was designed to address your specific needs and prevent ongoing, costly issues in the future. There are always alternative treatments, and too often we see them being done on teeth as 'band-aid' care that will need treatment year after year, ending up costing you more in the end than if they would have been addressed definitively in the first place. We understand that dental treatment plans can sometimes feel overwhelming (in scope and cost), and we strive to explain all options as clearly as possible. While your mentioned estimate of $42,000 is not reflective of the treatment plan we provided (which was closer to $15,000), its possible there may have been a misunderstanding or confusion regarding the scope of work proposed. We would be happy to review this with you in detail if you'd like.We always encourage second opinions to ensure patients feel confident in their care decisions. If there is another office that you felt comfortable at, wonderful! The best result is if you get the dental care you need. If you have a stable, healthy smile, we are all happy for you. If theres any way we can provide clarity or further support, please dont hesitate to reach out to us directly at ************ Thank you again for your feedbackit helps us grow and improve. We wish you continued health and success with your dental treatment.

This periodontist was "recommended" by a dentist who we later found out was up-charging on multiple unneeded services. I was told by that dentist that Meridian Endodontics was the only periodontist I could go to for crown lengthening. It's been a year since the service, and I have repeatedly tried to talk to someone in billing (more than 15 calls to date). I have serious concerns about their billing practices, sales ethics and continued lack of communication.

Dear ***,Thank you for sharing your concerns. We deeply regret that your experience with our office did not meet your expectations. At Meridian, our goal is to provide transparent, patient-focused care, and we take any feedback regarding our practices and communication very ************ address your concerns:Referral to Our Practice: While we frequently work with referring dentists to provide family dental + specialty level care to patients for the best outcomes, we want to clarify that patients are free to choose their care providers. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding in communication from the referring office.Billing Concerns: We are committed to ensuring all billing inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. We sincerely apologize for any delay in responding to your calls. This does not align with the standards we hold ourselves to. It does look like we were able to respond efficiently with email communication you had.Commitment to Ethics: Integrity is a cornerstone of our practice. If you have specific concerns about our recommendations or services, we would be happy to review your specific needs in detail to address your questions and provide clarification. It is standard in our practice, and dental clinics and healthcare clinics around the nation, for the patient to be responsible for any procedure fees that the dental benefits did not cover. This seems to be the case with your benefit company and there was an amount owed after they paid. It is unfortunate many dental benefit plans have low maximums and poor communication and responsiveness when it comes to paying out of your benefit plan. Payment amounts for your care and communication (accuracy and timeliness) from your benefit company is out of our control. If you have questions specific to your plan, feel free to call your employer or the plan contact number directly. We always invite you to contact our financial department directly if there is any further clarity needed. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to always improve our service and communication. Thank you!

I had my initial consultation and agreed to the treatment recommended after the doctor answered the questions I had at the time and made the prepayment required. Afterwards, I had more questions. I called SEVEN times to speak to someone and no one has returned my calls. If this is how I am treated before my procedure, I have no confidence that I be able to get help after my procedure should needs arise. I will not be having anything done at this office. All they care about is money. Gave 1 star as zero stars is not an option.
