For your reference, details of the offer I reviewedI've already the customer service *** on the phone stated that they couldn't share any information with me even though I'm the parent of the person they supposedly were sending a $2,000 bill to which is crazy and then he gave me some excuse about a lawyer might be listening in or something like that I believe the claims from this business are fraudulent I provided a file number you're stating you can't find anything under that file number but the person on the phone took the file number and was able to supposedly access an account so I'm kind of confused I believe that this information is incorrect that you're providing

Regarding file *******. Garnishment was started for this account august 2024. The release of garnishment was not filed until I contact the agency multiple times. I was finally able to speak with someone who knew what she was doing, thank you *******. After speaking with her the release was sent. However now I am not receiving any answers on how or when my refund will be issued. The amount of the garnishment was fulfilled plus additionally in the amount of $5573.34. This is the excess amount that was taken before the release of garnishment. I am now being told that my account is not available and to call in a few days. I am getting no answers to how this problem will be solved and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. This should have never happened in the first place and I should not have had to fight to get the release filed in the first place.Business Response

This company has been horrible to work with. My husband called today because he went on to pay his bill late Friday evening, and they already locked him out of his account. He called first thing Monday morning, and they told him it was too late; they would continue pushing for garnishment. They are rude and give no support at all. He has set up multiple payments and they have screwed up every time, saying the account was wrong. We have no way of settling this. **************** is awful, and we are left with no answers. Well, it's a tough deal. You will have to deal with it; we will freeze your accounts. We have been trying hard with this company and have received no help. This company claimed that I owed *************** for a credit card going back to 2008. They garnished my wages. I argued with them that this was not my debt. Suddenly, I received the attached Release of Attachment. They have made 2 payment to me. One payment for $536.01 and another for $574.17. They still owe me the remaining. I contacted them today and they stated that the haven't received the rest of the money from my company's payroll ***** I contacted payroll, and the money was all sent to them. In the meantime, ****************************** assured me that they would have one of their attorneys contact. They are completely useless. I want what is owed me.Business Response

I got a letter in May 2024 that I was going he sued by Rausch Strum - I contacted the number given and agreed to pay $50.00 a month . I paid as scheduled- I hit a financial issue and contacted them explaining missed payment and I needed to temporarily lower payment . The employee on the phone was like ok that will be fine . I got the legal documents in the mail saying they Im being sued again by for the same debt last week - just talked to some person on the phone and they claim I was supposed to be paying 150- this is NOT correct. I lost the call and now I cannot get anyone on the phone . I cannot afford to be sued again . I just want to continue to pay my payments . Thats all .Business Response

I paid off loan with Rausch Strum and they quit taking automatic payments in November 2024. I reculetree stating the loan has a $0 balance. Im February they took another payment of $281 out of my account in error. Ive called numerous times and left 2 voicemails with the issue. Collections claim with company started in 2021. Automatic payments to be made monthly until agreement balance paid ($1,272.54). I have now made 44 payments of $42.24. Company has continued to take payments from my checking account after the agreed balance was paid in full, without my knowledge. They do not provide any information on balance still owed upon taking any payments. Only way is going into your account, viewing all payments and adding each amount and the corresponding date to determine what is paid/owed. I have attempted multiple times for communication using their online tool of "contact form" as well as an email. I had called once and the phone just rang. I have paid them well over the agreed $1,272.54, I want what I am owed in the amount of $593.94Business Response

I had a debt in which I paid in full to Rausch Sturm, however, they also garnished wages resulting in overpayment of $2073.00. On March 19, 2024 I received a letter stating overpayment with a check for the same amount. The check was unsigned by the law firm. I called them multiple times requesting a new check. I sent them pictures of the letter and the unsigned check. I was told to call back and confirm they received the information, but instead I was harassed like I owed them the money. They are keeping $2073 which belongs me and I want my money back.Business Response
