I purchased a slightly used 2023 Acura Integra from them sight unseen with only 6k miles on it. I spent many calls being assured the car was in like new condition and had no issues. I wanted the car because of the color combo it had. They took advantage of me being an out of state buyer and the car was grossly misrepresented. I had it shipped out of state. The car had stained seats, a tear in another seat, a malfunctioning sunroof that does not close once you open it, a misaligned drivers door and a broken shift boot (6 speed manual). Although the estimate from the dealer was $1,927 for materials and labor to repair just the damaged seats, they gave me $1,000. Apparently Im on my own for the rest as if it was my fault?! I havent been able to drive the vehicle at all since its been at the Acura dealer for now 2+ weeks to repair all the issues that it has, some of which will not be covered under warranty. I paid $33k for this car that came with an inspection list in the glovebox by the dealership stating everything was in excellent working order. A complete lack of oversight and lie. I want this vehicle purchased back as a lemon or the remaining funds for repairs asap. Extremely frustrated I was taken advantage of for being out of state!

In addition to multiple vehicle photos associated with the dealership web listing, a live video walkaround addressing specific areas as directed by the customer was administered by dealership personnel (****).  Prior to shipping the vehicle, more photos were sent at the customers request by dealership personnel (****) which were both acknowledged and received by the customer.

Multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls were exchanged between the dealership and the customer prior to a Purchase Agreement.

Upon receipt of the vehicle, the customer stated that there were minor repairs to the seats to which the dealership, at no obligation, reimbursed the customer $1000 towards those repairs as a courtesy for being an out of state buyer.

The other items of concern (sunroof and shifter) are all covered by Acuras Factory Warranty according to policy and procedure and is fully transferable to subsequent owners until expiration.  Attached is a PDF provided by Acura that outlines their warranty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

No, Acura will actually not cover the shifter to be fixed because you sold it with modifications to the trim on the center console of the vehicle.  In addition they are giving me a hard time with repairing the door because there is evidence that the vehicle may have been repainted, whether by you or it was a very poor factory paint job.  There is an actual paint run even on the gas cap door - see pictures.  In addition, $1k does not cover the seat repairs.  You covered the cost of materials but not labor.  I am not an Acura technician and do not know how an Acura car seat comes apart unfortunately.  I could have asked for as much of a blurry video walk around as possible but someone was a far cry from honest with me about this vehicles condition.  The pictures received were close-*** of bumpers and rims to show no scratches (which there weren't any scratches).  But these other issues were not mentioned at all.  I was led to believe it was like a brand new car especially with its low mileage and that has been far from reality.  I assumed a dealership such as yours wouldve been honest and trustworthy to accurately represent a vehicle and its flaws to an out of state buyer as that directly impacts what I would have been willing to pay it.  In reality I paid quite a bit more than it is really worth in its condition.
