      Back in 2022, I was charged a delinquent account from ********************** for SEVEN missed payments without any notice from UAS, when I attempted to rectify the issue with them, they stated that they sent emails but it was to the wrong email and when I explained that they could have called my number on file, they simply gave the phone equivalent of a shoulder shrug. After informing them that this, they just updated my information and that was that. I began making payments on the loan to avoid this again and to build my credit which at that time dropped almost 100 points. I finally began to build my credit over 2023 and I was careful about not missing a payment. When I would log in, it would give a due date of when the next payment was due and I would write it down so I wouldn't forget. When I paid in Sept 2023, it didn't give a due date and I checked again in Dec 2023, it stated that the next payment was due in February 28, ****. However on January 25, ****, I received a notice from my bank that they had hit me with another delinquent charge on my account for a missed payment in December when there was no due date in December for this payment. When I called my college's financial aid office (who has very helpful), they stated that UAS has sent out notifications for my account being past due and to pay but when I checked my email, there was no notices in my inbox (and I checked spam as well). The college informed that they had a different email in file from the one I updated them and with and even then, there wasn't any notices in my inbox or spam. I even put that email is my preferred method of contact due to my address changing multiple times in a year. The lack of communication is frustrating and this is damaging my life

      The first time they gave me a delinquent report on my credit--it was because they failed to add a fourth account of mine onto their new website. I can't pay what I can't access. Now I've regularly paid them $500 per month, but the money has been going to the wrong account because their "make a payment" button does NOT correspond with the account it appears next to. To avoid this, they can simply add a default button entitled "choose an account" under each separate account. The site is misleading. Why would I make a payment every month intentionally to the wrong account to destroy my own credit? They are treating me like a young financially unstable person who is not paying my bills. I called days ago, and will most likely not receive a call back- based on previous experience.

      Presorted first-class envelopes from UAS are arriving to my address every week or so. These envelopes are addressed to a person who does not reside at my address. I have written "return to sender, not at this address" on the envelopes and put them back in the outgoing mail but I was just informed that presorted mail is often not returned to the sender. I am not sure what is in these envelopes but it could be important and so I am seeking to inform UAS that they have an incorrect address on file and the resolution I seek is to remove my mailing address from their records and also I would hope that this business can find an alternative way to contact the person they are trying to reach and update their records. Also, I should note that I do not have any past/current business with UAS or any loan affiliated provider, as & I do not have any student loans nor any other loans/debt, past or present. Thank you.

      My school used this company to loan me **** for a semester. While in school, I was asked to create an account with this company, and the company claimed I selected paperless statement. Since I graduated in March 2023, I never received any bill from this company and I was actually looking for their name because I remember my school told me about the loan. Fast forward to from June to October 2023, I realized my credit was dropping but I was paying all known loans and credit card on time and making more than minimum payment. When my credit went from a 809 to 689, I decided to call trans union and I was that I owed UAS $40 minimum payments for months which I knew nothing about. I had to call UAS to ask about the loan and pay over $500 just to show I had the money to pay the loan, if I knew about it. The same company that said I opted for paper statement sent me a mail statement reminding me about the loan after I complained their lack of communication has affected my credit score. I have to buy car and I cant do so because of my credit score of 689.

      I had a private student loan payment on UASConnect.com. My loan was originally on deferment. Once the deferment was over I made a payment may 2022 however after that payment my loan was then again put on deferment. In November once I tried to make my payment their website/portal informed me I did not owe a payment at that time. After that I checked back in monthly but each time the payment due date was November 1st 2023 and the amount on their portal was "$0" to make a payment. In March 2023 They sent me a Passed Due notice informing me a payment was in fact due but this already affected my credit score negatively. Even then when I logged onto the portal it stated I did not in fact have to make a payment until November 1 2023 but I still made a payment for all the months I "missed". After that again checked their site was told no payment was due until November 1 and still did not inform me to make any payments. Then again in October i received a Past Due Notice and my credit score took a huge hit. I contacted them and the customer ********************** representative realized it was their fault and apologized that was it their mistake and that the portal was showing incorrect information but they did nothing to resolve this. My credit score dropped 250 points due to their negligence and my numerous emails have gone unanswered. The only reply I got was that their loan is calculated on a quarterly basis. That does not rectify the issue they made or ease the financial hardship I faced due to their incorrect service. Paying loans is already a stressful process without the lender making you hop through hoops just to make a payment. I have never missed a payment with any of my other credit cards or loans because I check them all on a monthly basis. Due to their systems error I have "missed" multiple payments and even now their online portal is incorrect. This is a huge injustice and they are taking advantage of student loan repayment services.

      I have already submitted the image of what the portal looked like to their email on 11/20/2023. When logging into the portal it informed me no amount was due and therefore I did not make a payment. Their portal was incorrect and has resulted it me being fined and penalized incorrectly.

      In July of 2023 I paid my student loan payment online via University Accounting Services website. The website failed to post my payment resulting in it being late, I did not realize this until I received a letter stating it was going to collections. I sent multiple messages to UAS about this situation and was assured it was taken care of and wouldn't move forward. This was until I received my credit report stating UAS falsely, and maliciously reported it to credit bureaus. This institution must correct this egregious mistake.

      I have two student loans through UAS through the same university. One is recent, the other is 3 years old. I have never been late on a payment, and have excellent credit. * July 12 - Called UAS to see if payments on both loans could be combined. Was told yes, and that it would be set up immediately for 1 automatic withdrawal.* Sept 13 - Received an email saying my loan payments were overdue with a late fee of $8.77. * Sept 13 - Paid off one loan completely and made a payment on the other. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT DRAFTED As it had been for the past 3 years each month. * Sept 19 - Receive an email that my account was overdue and would be charged a late fee! * Sept 19 - STILL NO explanation as why this amount was not drafted - * Sept 19 - Made another payment to "bring account current" Sept 19 - Told once again that my payments would be drafted automatically.

      University Accounting services has wrongfully reported me to the credit bureau. My loans came out in school deferment. However, the Fed gov ***** Act extended the student loan protections in May until Sept 23. My loans should have been covered under the ***** act protection being that it would have qualified as a ******* loans. I called UAS and ******* told me to submit a hardship since Im currently unemployed and it would be back dated to remove the credit marks. I submitted and immediately received a rejection from UAS. Today, UAS is telling me my loan has been assigned to the **** of ********* immediately after they reported me delinquent. In speaking with **** of ** my loan is currently included in ***** Act protection with no payment due until Oct 23. UAS should have applied ***** Act protection to my ******* loans in May 23 and not reported me delinquent. Please help get my credit updated and corrected. Now this loan is included in ***** Act protection they should have corrected my credit report, but refused. This company does not care about or help the students it services.
