On 2-13-23 I gave ****** (owners brother} a sales man from Swift roof a check/deposit for $5000 towards a roof replacement (check has been cashed). I had trees cut down so I asked him hold off on the roofing that text was on 4-20-23, I called and told him that I no longer want to go forward with the roof replacement that call was around 5-15-23 and he said he would talk to the owners and get back to me, 2 weeks go by I called and texted him several times and received no call back or message, I called Swift roofing's office and spoke with ***** (office girl) several times and still no call back from owners. On 8-4-23 I called the office again and ************************************* (******** wife and owner) text me back and asked me if she could call me later and I mentioned that I'm trying to reach *******. Again no call back until 8-17-23 . On 8-17-23 I text yet again and asked here for ******** cell number, called ******* no answer couldn't leave a message because his mail box was full. Text him next day and he texted me back saying that I will call you right back he never did, text call over the next few days no response, Started calling the office again and finally reached and talk to *******, she said she would talk to ******* to get this resolved. Again I received no call or text back. I sent them a Notice of Cancellation by e-mail on 8-23-23 and mentioned that I will take further action if not fully refunded, she emailed me back saying that they will send me a check for $2500 at the end of August and send me a check for the remaining $2500 at the end of September. To this day I have not received a check from them, I texted and called after labor day several times to all phone numbers and they have not yet returned or tried to contact me. So to sum it up it this has been well over 5 months of trying to resolve this with them and all they are doing is flat out avoiding and Lying to me. HELP Please. Thank you *****.
