    I called this company about 3 months ago to get my fireplace repaired. I've been charged about $700 and I still have the same issue. I was told they called the manufacturer for support which the manufacturer ******. I'm being told they will not refund me anything, even though they took it upon themselves to troubleshoot the issue and wound up being wrong. Any attempt to talk to the owner about a refund just goes in circles until I get annoyed and he hangs up because I have an attitude.

    This complaint has been resolved through an agreement with ************************************ has received a refund for the amount of $671.10 - the total amount listed in the complaint.  This refund was received by Mr. ********** on November 1, 2024.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    WHILE I DID GET MY REFUND, I WAS VERY POORLY BLACKMAILED TO GET IT. I WAS TOLD TO DELETE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS IF I WANTED ANY MONEY BACK.
