    On or about 3-12-24, I contacted ********************************* to perform a VW engine Rebuild, per a ******** ad. After I saw the ad, I called him and wanted him to rebuild an engine. We agreed on a $1400 down payment for parts, and after payment was received by him, he was going to send me a receipt and contract. After numerous contact attempts, he was not responsive. I then sent him a letter via Certified mail, requesting a refund. Instead of a refund, he then provided a receipt and contract, but it didn't include my name or a completion date, nor the remainder due to complete the rebuild. His untimely response, unprofessional documents, all sounded very suspicious to me. I would like a refund of my downpayment.

    ***************************** with bug off motors. Once I received his check, it took 10 days to clear, after it cleared I sent him the letter and information provided. I didnt hear anything back after I sent him an email, so I texted him showing him pictures saying I have started assembly. I never heard anything, (text, email, voicemail or phone call) until I got the certified letter. At the begging of this transaction I was in the process of hiring done legal purchase agreements, and work orders, as well as moving buildings to where I am located now.
