    I placed an order for an item last year. I brought 6 items for use during a project during the year. When using the items, I realized some of the numbers were missing from the large sticker packet. I sent an email to customer service, I received no help. Today, I used the packet again and decided to escalate because of the limited items in the packet, I cant use or create words because of the missing items. I also called prior to the email and was advised thee was nothing I could do

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I received from OfficeSupply.com, specifically from an employee named *********. I had an issue with the delivery of my recent order, and despite providing clear evidence and trying to resolve the matter, I was met with unhelpful and rude customer ************ are the details of the situation:My package was delivered to the wrong door. I base my "office" (I run a cleaning company) in an apartment complex with upstairs and downstairs units. The delivery driver left the package at the wrong unit, and I have proof of this from our Ring doorbell camera. The delivery address I provided was accurate, but the driver either failed to verify the correct unit or did not make any effort to confirm where the package should be placed.The confusion arises because we have upstairs units, but our addresses do not specify upstairs or A. The * units have * on their front doors, which would clearly distinguish them from other units. This should have been taken into consideration by the delivery driver.When I contacted OfficeSupply.com to address the issue, I spoke with *********, who was not only unhelpful but also rude in her response. Despite explaining the situation and providing the proof from my Ring camera, ********* did not show any empathy or willingness to assist in resolving the matter.Due to this experience, I am requesting a refund for my purchase. Additionally, I would like to express my frustration with the lack of professionalism and customer service I received, which has led me to decide that I will no longer be shopping with OfficeSupply.com for my cleaning business needs.I hope you will take this complaint seriously and assist me in ensuring that others do not face the same difficulties.

    OfficeSupply.com Order #*******, January 13th, 2025 **** 1Z0966F20329642387 I placed the order on Jan 13th, Monday, because the company's website said that my order would be delivered on Thursday, Jan 16th, Thursday. Today is Jan 20th, and if you check the *** link the shipping label has been created but they still have not yet shipped my order. I have asked to cancel the order and refund my money. The company said that they have to wait. MY desired resolution is REFUND without having to wait any extra time.*******************************************************

    Sent a well used chair. Claims it is new. Trying to get me to keep it for 50 off and will not provide a return label. Going to have to register their payment as fraud.

    Hello, I apologize that you received a damaged or defective product. Please find attached the label to return the affected product(s). The label will be valid for 10 business days, so please print it as soon as possible. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be processed. You will receive a full refund of $269.23. There are no fees associated with returning damaged product as it was of no fault of your own. Once refunded, you will receive an updated invoice reflecting this amount.

    UPS would not take the box that was delivered in the exact same condition. Providing phots in the email. It will at least requirea  roll of packing tape, which I do not own and expect to be re-imbursed.

    I purchased a file cabinet from the business on Tuesday 9/24/2024. I accidentally purchased the incorrect color. The item had not shipped yet. I contact customer service but they refused to switch the color for me. They stated I would have to wait to receive it to be able to return the item. I received the item today so requested to send the item back. I waited for an email, which just came to me. It states... I am responsible for the cost of shipping the file cabinet back to the company. I checked the rates with *********** and ****. It would cost $80 or more to send the file cabinet back to the company and the file cabinet alone was $120. The company does not provide a return shipping label or pay for the item to be returned. They never stated I would be responsible for providing the shipping costs. I ordered the correct color. So now I have two of the same item, yet one I can't afford to send back to the company.

    Date of purchase: May 20, 2024 ODFN6994240 Product No. Modern Comfort Verismo Bonded Leather High-Back Executive Chair, ************* BIFMA ********* Purchased this chair, after less than 30 days of use, pins or staples started popping up through arm rest. Unable to use do to a hazard. We wanted chair replaced or atleast a new armrest. Company refused to do either. Said it was not within their 30 day window. Gave us manufacture number to call. Manufacture does not answer calls. Left numerous messages. I would like a new chair or new arm rest replaced. This is terrible business practice.

    I have tried to contact Office Supply.com back and all I get is a message stating they are closed for a company party and then I get disconnected. Perhaps, they need to check their recordings. They also told me prior to contacting the manufacture that there is nothing they can do to assist me so I disagree with their response.

    I purchased six chairs. i only received the seat and back. no hardware. I called and asked where it was and they said the hardware was no longer in stock. I said I wanted to return these. When I purchased I clicked on the arm and leg type I wanted I did not get an error or a note saying that it was no longer available (would not have made the purchase had I known. They sent me the return information and it would cost $220.**. that is $40 more than the purchase price. They knowingly sent me an incomplete product. When I called they made no attempt to correct my issue or offer a work around.

    January 8, ****: Ordered photo album clearly and in large print labeled 12 x 12". Order number 5770505-01. "We R Classic Leather ****** Album 12"X12". In the description of the product, "12 x 12" was mentioned 3 times. I paid $26.06 + $2.48 tax + $8.99 shipping, totaled $37.54. Item deliverd measured ****" x ****". I contacted the company and was informed that under product specifications (in small print, not in product description),the exact measurements were stated. I sent photos of their product descriptions, clearing showing 12 x 12 inches, to no avail. The company does not pay shipping for returns. My return shippping costs wer $20.05, the refund sent to me (through Pay Pal on January 31, ****) did not include their costs to ship to me, for which I was charged $8.99. I am out of pocket $29.04. My complaint can be summed up this way: they sent me the wrong item, an album larger than the one I ordered, per their clearly stated product description. I am only requesting my out of pocket loss of $29.04 as they sent me the wrong product. I tried to upload photos, the BBB site said they were too big. I can send photos by another method if desired.

    I received a partial refund of the original shipping costs incurred when I ordeedr the product in the amount of  $8.99.  Office Supply sent me an incorrect product, not the one pictured on their website. I ordered a 12 x 12 inch album, the one sent measured just under 13 x15 inches. See original complaint for exact size. As a result of this incorrect product sent, I incurred $20.05 for return shipping.  I would like an additional refund of $20.05 to resolve this matter.

    The product you ordered does show in the description and product specifications the size of the binder.  The pages/sleeves are 12 x 12 as indicated in the description.  I have attached a copy of the product description  We understand the confusion, therefore we have issued a full refund for the product and the original shipping on the order.

    I places an order with Office Supply.com. One of the Items I ordered arrived damaged. I sent them an email as instructed. No response has ever been received. I filled out the contact form on their website. I have a damaged calendar and they have not responded. Order #*******. I should have read their business reviews before I ordered from them.

    On 09/06/2023 and 09/07/2023 I subscribed to 333x "Crayola Washable Watercolors, 16 Assorted Colors, Palette Tray". At the time of subscribing I was charged $2.86/unit plus given a discount for subscribing. This was not a special sale at $2.86. This subscription renewed on 12/06/2023 and 12/07/2023 to $4.86/unit. This change is well over 20%. Additionally, only one email was sent to remind me of the subscription allowing me 1 day to cancel it. I've gone ahead and opened a return, but they are expecting me to pay the return shipping.
