      Andrew gave us fantastic customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We were extremely impressed with his wide range of knowledge and information, courtesy, and willingness to help us in any way possible.

      Sent a Bowflex part back to Johnson Fitness. Called customer service over 10 times. Received email from Dawn J with nothing but loop hoes to jump to get a $100.00 refund. I wrote a bad review about their customer service and Dawn J sent me an email if I change my review to satisfactory, they will waive the 20% stocking fee. Is that how to get stars for good customer service? I tracked the item (UPS) and it was delivered to the facility 30 days ago. Now, I get another email from Dawn J, they need my tracking number because they cannot fine the returned item.

      Purchased a Matrix elliptical prior to the pandemic, when the screen failed I called the company, spoke to Gary, who stated the screens are outdated and I would have to purchase a new one, which he stated would most likely cost only about $800, well Gary was wrong and a new screen would cost about as much as I paid for the elliptical. The unit was less than two years old when this occurred, went to the store several times and was told I'd be better off purchasing a new unit, to which I responded with a negative comment. I'm done with that store and their products, there seems to be no integrity regarding them and their responsibility to the customer. My advise, shop somewhere else or join the  **

      Johnson Fitness and specifically Matrix is basically selling expensive JUNK that doesn't work. Don't overpay for this **** I have purchased (2) expensive top end stationary bikes and both have needed constant repair. And complaints are no use. Matrix must have the worst quality control of any fitness equipment manufacturer.

      I would strongly recommend against purchasing from this company. A non-functioning elliptical (the resistance was not working, which is the whole point of an elliptical) was left in my home (incorrectly installed and then not tested by the installers) and it took me 10 days and around 30 phone calls to have the issue addressed. The sales supervisor Steven with whom I spoke for a $200 delivery fee refund was rude and disingenuous, boasting that refunds are at his absolute discretion and that he would not issue one. He said that the machine was assembled so the fee stands, even if the assembly was incorrect resulting in a non-functioning machine. When I stated that I paid $200 to have to not spend time on the installation, but instead I have spent a total of 7 hours troubleshooting and reaching out and coordinating repairs, he said he had final say over refunds and that the only person above him is the president of Johnson Fitness who doesn't deal with this type of issue. I was shocked at the condescension and lack of acknowledgement of the two-fold mistake on their delivery team's part. I would never ever purchase from them again and strongly recommend against purchasing from them. Also know that when you're seeking customer service, you are going to get bounced around between Johnson Fitness Sales Team, Johnson Fitness Warranty Team, Johnson Health Tech, ******* Fitness, Third Party Installers, and Third Party Repairers (hence the 30 frustrating phone calls). SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND RUDENESS AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.

      Jacob at *********** ** answered all my questions, looked for discounts, and offered his expertise after the sale. Truly a good guy with a great heart, who backs is products. Check there first, you’ll be pleasantly surprised what they offer for less than big box imitators.

      The treadmill I bought has an issue where it stops, accelerates and slows randomly. The company put out a recall offering to update the software but this didnt fix the problem for many of us. The product is faulty by their own admission and they will not replace the machine.

      I bought a CXC Indoor Training Cycle with a CXC LCD Console for $3,044 for my wife for Christmas 2023. The bike is well made but the console is mediocre at best. It displays pedal RPM and heart rate but does not show bike speed as virtually all exercise bikes do. The representatives at Johnson Fitness inform me that no other console works with this bike. It would cost me a 25 percent restocking fee (~$760) to return it, so that's not a realistic option.
