Johnson Health Tech Trading acquired Bowflex's assets after Bowflex filed for bankruptcy in March 2024. JHTT has agreed to provide a remedy as part of the voluntary recall for the 552 and 1090 adjustable dumbbells - sold by Bowflex prior to April 23, 2024.
