    Account #****** On July 19th, 2024 I took a loan out for $350.00. My first payment due on 7/26/24 for $30.56 and then every two weeks $105.56. On 10/1/24 I emailed telling them I could no longer afford my payments and asked if they could help out with smaller arrangements. They made me call their office and we worked out payments for $70 which I thought was going to be for my remaining principal balance. I just logged into my account and it shows I've made 9 payments at $70 for total of $630.00. It does not show the first payment of $30.56 or the 3 payments of $105.56. If you add all that together, I've paid $977.24 which is well over the amount of my original loan. For a $350.00 loan they want a settlement amount of $1,750.00 which is insane. Out of the $630.00 they show I've paid, only $346.50 has been applied to the principal balance. What about the other $347.24 I've paid that is not included? The settlement amount for $1;750.00 plus what I paid before the settlement ($347.24) when you add those two together, it is more than the original loan payoff! I do NOT accept this. I would like my loan considered paid in full and I would never like to do business with this company again. They take advantage of people when in time of need and you can't ever get caught up.

    I have used them twice and paid them off twice on time both times. The last time I paid off a $1000 they offered me. Yet this time when I asked for $700 they completely baffled me with their offer of $550 dollars. According to their own website the more you pay off the better loans and interest rates you get well it's obviously not true or i would have gotten the $700 i asked for. I have also emailed them numerous times asking them to close my account as I will no longer be using them.

    I received a $400 loan from them The first auto withdraw from my account was $260 then 2 more for $180. The loan is paid but they are still trying to charge my account. They are saying the payback is 1200+. What a ripoff plus they always try to withdraw b4 my paydays which charges overdraft fees! Enough already

    My account number is ****** and their number is ************** and my problem is that i do not owe them $817 dollars its more like $300 and I truly regret dealing with them. I have had health issues and I have missed maybe 2 payments or so but it does not give them the right to over charge me. I would like to get this resolved. I think the loan has been over a year or two years ago. My information has been comprised and I have been subject to different accounts using my email listed for accounts I did not make. Please help me. *********************

    I initially took a loan for 300 dollars at White pine lending. My recurring payments are $97.06 monthly. I contacted the vender but they wouldn't give me an end date for my loan. They continue to dun me for this recurring amount and will not work with me. I have already paid twice as much for my loan with no end in sight

    Received a loan for $700, made four consecutive payments so have paid them 800, and they want 720 to pay off early this is ridiculously high and shouldn't be legal

    I set up my loan payment to capome out on the 15 th of every mouth because I am on social security. Instead for the last 3 months they have withdrawn the payments on the first week of the month overdrawing my account. I have called several times only to be put on hold. Never able to talk to someone.
