Hired Iridescent Painters LLC to spray cedar stain on my cabin. Work was completed on the week of 5/12/2020. work was 100 percent guarantee. Estimating stain would perform and last 4 to five years.(Owners words) Stain on stairs and porch floors started peeling and bubbling up with in 6 months. I finally called and texted the business Iridescent Painters and told them. They instructed me to send pic.s.. I sent pics on October 6th 2021 . They responded and said couldn't do any restaining until it hits a 50 degree day next spring.(which would be spring of 2022) I asked them again on Feb 16th on June 6th July 4th July 13th July 23rd August 5th and August 22nd, 2022. The last text i suggested they take the request to correct the job seriously. Or i will file a complaint to get this resolved. I paid extra for the stairs and porches to be done. I just need it redone correctly now. The stain they bought and charged me for has been discontinued. so i dont know how to get this resolved beside filing a complaint. Then proceed to small claims for half of the cost i paid out.
