      Purchased a $550 set of camera in September/October of this year. All set up instructions were followed, etc. They seemed to do well for awhile and then began deteriorating in dependability. I submitted a customer service request because the cameras were missing humans (me) walking past it, and I watched numerous animals walk past and the camera didn't capture anything. I was told to perform tests, all of which I did and they passed. At that time, the battery level showed "low", after about a month of use in ***** degree temperatures, so I replaced batteries to get me thru the hunting season, at which point I would troubleshoot the poor battery life a bit more. Every morning on my camera report, 2 of 3 cameras were showing "0" days of battery runtime, which I thought was odd. They weren't taking photos at night and very sporadic during the day. So I drove the hour and a half each way to troubleshoot, for the 2nd time. I found one camera saying "bat dead" so I pulled it and put it in my truck. Only getting 3 weeks out of this set of brand new batteries, the brand name that Cuddeback recommends, I'm pretty upset. This defeats the purpose of a cell camera that you don't have to blow out the ***** to check cards or batteries. I powered the camera on when I got home and it now shows 70% battery life. I was provided a TERRIBLE customer service experience and told to go buy accessories to make them last longer @ $50-$60 each and "see if that helps" because the batteries dropping 70% overnight was due to "cold" temps... which never got below 20 degrees. So apparently @ 20 deg, batteries go from 70 to 0 overnight, at which point, you're hosed. I asked if I could possibly be sent some alternatives to extend battery life without continuing to pour money into what seems like a failed experiment. I was told absolutely not. They will not send anything to troubleshoot, but I was welcome to keep buying their product to keep throwing c*** at the wall to see what sticks.

      No I haven't received any communication from the business and to say
      I'm NOT satisfied would be an understatement.

      Pretty much on par for these guys.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      I do not know if this is possible, but if I could get a direct phone number or email address for a point of contact at the business for future questions/support that would be great. I truly do hate to go this route to leave a negative review on a business, as I own 2 myself, and would love to have a point of contact to speak with in the future so this route isnt needed.

      Just a follow up on this complaint. I know it was marked as resolved and closed. Can I get a tracking number for the shipment thats coming? I havent received any contact or communication from the company regarding anything being sent to me or confirming my address, etc.
