Date of transaction 7.29.2021 Order Number: ******* I purchased uniform items for my children on July 29, 2021. After over 3 weeks with no movement, I contacted customer service and was told the items should ship this week. After no email indicating shipment, I contacted customer service again and was told it may be an additional 30 days given the lack of staffing for embroidery. I was told that that are significantly behind on uniform orders, but this was not relayed when the order was placed. I asked what the remedy was and they told me that I could cancel the order, however these are needed items for my children and one of the only manufacturers for their school logo, leaving me between a rock and a hard place to get them their required uniform items. The lack of notice and customer service is highly frustrating and bad business practices. I understand that COVID has affected businesses, but expected over 2 months for uniforms is ridiculous.Business response

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. This order was placed on July 29, 2021. Due to transportation and labor shortages resulting from the impact of COVID, Lands' End did send notices that orders were delayed to impacted customers beginning in August. This order moved to embroidery on August 23, 2021. The order should have been processed and received as of this writing. We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your business.Initial Complaint

I purchased three pair of pants, totaling ****** dollars, they didn't fit so I shipped them back 5weeks ago, they lost my return and won't give me a refund. This may not be a big amount of money to me but I am on a TIGHT income; and cannot afford to throw that amount of money out. Please Help me get it back!!!!!Business response

As of today's date, Lands' End still has not received the return and the customer has not provided us with tracking information to assist in locating the return. However, as a one-time exception to our published return policy, today Lands' End has issued a full refund to the card used for the order. Typically the bank will take 5 to 7 business days to show the amount in the account.
