Like many of us. We have family near and far. For those of us who are not privileged enough to live close enough to family to see them on special days; we have to put our trust in to small businesses much like this flower shop, to help us communicate and express our love over great distances. Today we put our trust in to Gary at White Rose Florist to help us to deliver our Mother’s Day message to our someone special, and unfortunately Gary with White Rose Florist broke our hearts. A beautiful caring mother by the name of Diana was supposed to receive the big colorful arrangement with well over a dozen flowers in the picture I’m including. To our surprise she instead received just 6 all red roses. We know her preference of flowers and chose and paid for the colorful boquete to be delivered and hoped this was just a simple mistake. While I was at work my girlfriend called to try to address the small issue with Gary. He informed her there was nothing he could do. He would not deliver the proper order as originally promised and paid for, nor did he offer any discount, or any solution for that matter. Our special someone made her way down to Gary’s shop because she was sure this was all just a big misunderstanding. She was refused service, was offered no resolution, and ultimately asked to just leave the store. Needless to say this isn’t how we wanted a special day to go for our very special someone. Gary should be incredibly disappointed. Not only is the website a bait and swap. The general lack of care and professionalism on his end is embarrassing. When my girlfriend got no resolution and stated next year we would take our business elsewhere he simply stated…”that’s fine there’re aren’t any other flower shops in town.” We’ll be using Enhancements Flower and Decor moving forward. Thanks for absolutely nothing Gary. Can’t image you’d appreciate your mother being treated the same on her special day. I truly hope your other customers had a better Mother’s Day experien
