    I left a cat stand around 5 feet tall nothing elaborate and a small cheap stick vacumm and they would not take it. Said that I would have to have another one of their trucks come by to pick up for a fee. What? Other garbage services would have picked up and no questions. I even offered to drop off at their place of business. Not happening. Guess I should have checked further into this company before signing onto their service.

    I like that they are more earth friendly but im moving and my garbage bill came up and i called em and asked if they could somehow pro rate it for 2 weeks (normally billed every 3 months) they wrete playing hardball ajd said they would call back whicu h **** did and not leave a voicemail . When i noticed it anf called them back they were closed and assumed i dodnt want my garbage service anymore and skipped my house for collection when i called they told me for 50$ they will come get it any additional bags 10$ a piece so now i have to somehow not accumulate any more trash in the next week or get charged extra . This place is WAY better them gfl and i mean way better but untill today i was happy customer . I recomend burnibg all your trash cause the companys atound here are shady
