    Menards purchase for no hole fence. Purchased 10/11/24. Submitted my rebate form from their site, ticked all the boxes and mailed it. When I went to check why I never received a rebate it wouldn't accept the # portion for my home. Seems this site didn't like it either as it gave me a choose this option (lol it was exactly the same). I have notified them and we will see. ? I have the rebate receipts.

    I made a purchase at ******* in 2024 and there is a storewide 11% rebate for anything purchased. I sent in a couple receipts that never got paid. I emailed them under there system tell them that i never received the rebate. I was told without the original receipts, nothing can be done. With depending on the mail system makes this a scam if they don't receive the receipts. They acknowledged that the purchase was made and a rebate was warranted but they need the rebates even though they have the pictures of originals. This is very frustrating because, like i said, this is a scam that they don't actually don't plan on paying out on a majority of the items.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    This is an archaic system and it is not my fault that Rebates International does not have the resources to properly intake rebates. I don't know if the rebates are getting lost in the mail or they do not know how to handle them but it's not my problem. It is their issue to resolve this and i take pictures of the original receipts to ensure that if there are issues that i make sure to take pictures of the original.  On their website there is a button to push if i haven't received the rebate that to email them.  This is something they can provide and have to provide based on their broken system.  I don't care that they don't have the originals.  They still have the receipts in the system, they know they weren't paid and they using a weak flimsy excuse to not pay on rebates that they are obligated to pay out. They have to pay out this way as an option or they are not fulfilling and are committing fraud with how these are to be submitted if they don't honor known receipts that weren't paid out. 

    This is a system they can, have and have to abide by to honor their program. How can they pick and choose which rebates are done where they claim the rebates have been lost?  As Rebates International has stated, this is something they can are able to do, and have done it.

    I bought a tub surround and picked it up with my own vehicle. It was supposed to be new, but was used with damages. I had to argue to get them to provide free pick up and drop off of a replacement. After getting the replacement, I had a similar issue. But needed to install it so I called in and they offer me a 50% refund which I accepted. The time was supposed to be allotted an 11% rebate. They said I couldnt get anything due to the price adjustment. This is not right. I still paid 545) for the item and shouldnt lose out because they provided poor service and low quality product. I received poor set ore from my first call in. The next person I dealt with was very helpful. Then when I tried to work with the people via email, they refused any higher position, like a manager. This experience has been pretty bad and will likely keep me from using the store in the future.

    ******* is famous for offering a 11% rebate on purchased items. I recently purchased wood to redo my deck. The cost was $631.80. I properly submitted all the documentation necessary in October. According to their website, a check was issued 11-21-24 and mailed 11-22-24. To date I have received NO check. I tried MANY times to fill out their online complaint form, but it keeps telling me I have "timed out", though I complete the form in seconds. There is NO way to call them or speak to anyone about the situation. I call the store and managers there tell me there is NOTHING they can do about it. I am helpless at this point and hope you may be able to resolve this matter for me. From comments online of other customers, it appears this type of result is common with other customers as well. At this point I am starting to feel like Menards 11% rebate is nothing but a total SCAM. Please help.

    First stolen incident occurred March/April 2024. I had 1 batch of 9 rebates mailed in, 6 were processed at the rebate collection site, 3 were stolen and never got batched and processed. By the time I received the 6 batched rebate in the mail, 1 of the 3 remaining rebate totaled $194.43 was redeemed by a thief in a DIFFERENT STATE. This rebate never showed up on their tracking log as processed or mailed, only showed as redeemed. **** has no record of it as mailed to me. Menards was able to reissue the remaining balance of the unredeemed, SIGNIFICANTLY small.2nd incident occurred in August 2024. I had a rebate that was supposed was mailed out and delivered by **** but never received it. This time, the thief had not had time to redeem it and Menards was able to stop the original rebate and issue a replacement.3rd incident occurred December 7, 2024. Menards records says rebate $35.79 was mailed out on 12/4 and **** says it was delivered 12/7. However, I never received it to date and have contacted Menards while I wait for their response. I know it has been stolen as I have received other mail pieces on that same day and subsequent days.I have asked Menards if they can have a process in place to deliver rebates electronically to prevent thefts at the data center (as obvious from the first incident) and the **** delivery (from the second and third incidents). **** can do nothing if they say it was either "delivered" or have no record of it. I am sure I am not the only one who has had their rebates stolen in one shape or form and there is no good resolution from Menards or the ****. I am frustrated at working hard, anticipating the little cash back, only to have someone steal it time and time again.

    ******* offers an 11% rebate. I submitted multiple rebate receipts at once. I went through my records and found I submitted at least 10 that were mailed in the same envelope at the end of Oct. They didn't provide a rebate for the 3 largest receipts that were submitted. They only processed the smaller receipts.

    I submitted a rebate. The first receipt i got back $3.21 and the 2nd receipt i got back $10.07.$10.07 is the total i should of received from the items i bought on 10/8/24 for $91.50. On the same receipt I bought a new refrigerator for $1148. They gave me a $75 discount due to a dent in it. Final total $1073. I should have received an extra $118.03 but i never received it.

    I mailed in a rebate form to Menards and according to the website it says a check was issued 6/26/24, I tried contacting them on line but my 28 digit barcode number that they ask for says check was issued and that is it, there is no phone to call, no way to contact rebateinternational.com and no one at the store has any information to help, I just don't know where to turn. The rebate is in the amount of $12.79

    I bought a best waves pool for $399.00 at *******. I mailed in my reciept and my rebate form for 11% Rebate. I mailed that in about going on 3 Months ago. I bought some other stuff on the reciept I should be getting a total of $48.39. Back to me well every time i enter my information on there website it doesnt even pull up. I have been in contact with theme exchanging emails the last month. They said my check has been processed and they put it in mail Monday July 23rd. About two weeks have gone by and nothing in the mail and it has nothing been delivered. They said it was rebate 3030. I keep emailing theme they keep telling me well its in the mail I dont know what to tell you. Let the post man do his job basically my question is why isnt the information pulling up on there website. They have messed up on my address before. I reprinted the recipet off and mailed another rebate form in. In case they lost the reciept. So I dont have my rebate that I need for groceries that I use these on. Because times are hard. I have mailed in other rebates and not reciept theme in for $8.00 and nothing, In the last 3 months I have recieved nothing. All they have been doing in giving me the run around and sending the same emails. The guy that I have been exchanging emails his name is ************. So I am frustrated because this place is nothing a scam and fraud. i would like my rebates and when I pull my information on there website seeing it has been processed and showing it that its on its way. Will you please Help me out and get theme to help me and get my rebates and share my story.

    I have a rebate coming upon looking up rebate number (one of many: ****************************) on their website. amount of rebate is $112.80 (check ending in xxxxx5038 NOT paid). I never saw check in the mail. I called ************** and requested to have check voided and re-issued. They asked me to go to store with receipts and rebates. I sent the rebate information to them in mail; unfortunately, the rebate did not make it back to me. According to Rebate International, I input my information and have money owed to me. Therefore, I should not have to resubmit all documentation.
