On October 22nd, 2015, the BBB sent a certified letter to Rebates International due to a pattern of consumer concerns received by BBB from consumers.
In the complaints, consumers advised that after sending in rebates, they did not hear back from the company or receive their rebate.
On November 12th, 2015, the BBB sent a certified follow up letter to the company after receiving no response to the initial letter.
As of November 20th, 2015, the BBB has not received a response or phone call to the pattern of complaints.

I mailed in a rebate form to Menards and according to the website it says a check was issued 6/26/24, I tried contacting them on line but my 28 digit barcode number that they ask for says check was issued and that is it, there is no phone to call, no way to contact rebateinternational.com and no one at the store has any information to help, I just don't know where to turn. The rebate is in the amount of $12.79Business response

I bought a best waves pool for $399.00 at *******. I mailed in my reciept and my rebate form for 11% Rebate. I mailed that in about going on 3 Months ago. I bought some other stuff on the reciept I should be getting a total of $48.39. Back to me well every time i enter my information on there website it doesnt even pull up. I have been in contact with theme exchanging emails the last month. They said my check has been processed and they put it in mail Monday July 23rd. About two weeks have gone by and nothing in the mail and it has nothing been delivered. They said it was rebate 3030. I keep emailing theme they keep telling me well its in the mail I dont know what to tell you. Let the post man do his job basically my question is why isnt the information pulling up on there website. They have messed up on my address before. I reprinted the recipet off and mailed another rebate form in. In case they lost the reciept. So I dont have my rebate that I need for groceries that I use these on. Because times are hard. I have mailed in other rebates and not reciept theme in for $8.00 and nothing, In the last 3 months I have recieved nothing. All they have been doing in giving me the run around and sending the same emails. The guy that I have been exchanging emails his name is ************. So I am frustrated because this place is nothing a scam and fraud. i would like my rebates and when I pull my information on there website seeing it has been processed and showing it that its on its way. Will you please Help me out and get theme to help me and get my rebates and share my story.Business response

I have a rebate coming upon looking up rebate number (one of many: ****************************) on their website. amount of rebate is $112.80 (check ending in xxxxx5038 NOT paid). I never saw check in the mail. I called ************** and requested to have check voided and re-issued. They asked me to go to store with receipts and rebates. I sent the rebate information to them in mail; unfortunately, the rebate did not make it back to me. According to Rebate International, I input my information and have money owed to me. Therefore, I should not have to resubmit all documentation.Business response

I was supposed to receive a rebate for $115.20 for a shower door purchase I made from Menards. The purchase was made at the end of December 2023. The rebate (#****) was supposedly mailed on February 15, 2024, but I never received it. I had to return the shower door because the holes in the door didn't line up with the bolts. I mentioned to the store that I never got the rebate, and they informed me there wasn't anything they could do. There is no phone number to call and I never got any response through email.Business response

Rebate International mailed my Menards rebate on 08/24/2023 (check number XXXXXX8734, total amount $83.86), but I never received it. When I checked the rebate status on 11/01/2023, I found that it had been redeemed on 10/11/2023 at a local Menards.I contacted Rebate International immediately on 11/01/2023. Rebate International refused to reissue the rebate check and suggested that I contact the local PD. The local PD said I should contact Rebate International, as I provided evidence that the rebate check was used by someone else. Therefore, Rebate International should conduct the investigation and reissue the rebate check.Initial Complaint

I sent in 2 rebates 3 weeks apart, never received 2nd rebate been 10 weeks. The first time I sent 1 in 9yrs ago, they said they never received, I send in another 1 and they didnt pay on cash receipts. I stopped going there for yrs. I decide to go back and everytime they do this, *** tried to contact them, never get an answere besides we do them in order of received. Not right for poeple who think there gonna save money. I contacted Rebate International about a rebate I received, but lost the document and havent used it for 2 rebates, see below. I have not received ANY response or communication! I just submitted another request to re-issue on 12/2/23. Yet again nothing and there is no phone number to contact. We purchased a garage door in April of 22 and would like to use the rebate before it expires. I warned them I needed a response or I would contact the BBB. On 7/6/2023 I purchased an online order of materials from Menards. Paid for with Credit card (receipt attached) amount was for ******** . I submitted the rebate form to Rebate International twice with an attempt in between to contact them. No response. The rebate does not show in their processing. The employees at customer service told me to submit again, it will show up. It has not for the 11% rebate from the amount above.Business response
