    Excellent chocolate, however their customer service is poor. I ordered December 2 from their website, as of this writing, December 19 (note it is being shipped 74 miles), I still have not received my order. Their website states "orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)", so my order should have been processed on December 4. I contacted them and received excuse after excuse, but never an "I am sorry this has happened". I was offered a refund AFTER I sent the order back to them (still need to receive it to be able to do this). Disappointing experience from a business that is located in an area (**** ******) that prides itself on customer service. In the store this past summer, the owner walked into the store with a giant snake that he found on the property, as well as when I asked about their selection of chocolate that can be found in a Sister Bay Grocery store, the person at the cash register had some unkind words about how the grocery store did their business. To summarize, great chocolate, but poor business practices.
