On July 16, 2020, ******** and Service replaced the water pump assembly on my 2013 **** Taurus for $1238.84 and I was told by the owner *** there was a lifetime warranty on the repair. On December 20, 2021 I took the car back to ******** and Service and they found the water pump is leaking and would need to be replaced. **** the lead mechanic said they could not repair the car on that date even though I waited 2 weeks for the appointment, stating they cant do anything until after the first of the year because *** is sick, they are backed up and that he would have to call me to discuss first. I set an appointment with Holiday **** the next week on December 28, 2021 to fix the water pump at a cost of $2360.01 because the engine could be damaged if the pump completely fails due to the pump being located inside the engine and can potentially flood the oil with coolant if the leak gets more severe. The other option was rent a car for $500.00 per week until someone from ******** got around to calling me. Which never happened. I never got a call from the owner of ********, ***. I called on 2-25-22 and spoke with ***. He ask for a copy of the ****, reconfirmed there was a lifetime warranty on the water pump and said he would get back to me with what he will be able to do. He mentioned he has a lot of complaints while he was sick and had to let a service writer go due to these issues. However, he never called back. I called again on 3-15-22. The person who answered the phone said *** was busy and would call back. He never called back.
