            My heat went out at the beginning of last year. They sent a technician out to fix the problem. He did the work that he guessed needed to be done and charged me over $100 for the repair. Seeing how I assumed he fixed the issue I paid. The very next day my heat went out again. They sent the same technician out this time actually doing what should have been done the first time instead of guessing. In November of this year I get an invoice asking for me to pay for the second visit. It's obvious I am being taken advantage of. The problem should have been fixed the first time and months later I am being harassed about something I should not be asked to pay for seeing how the person just did whatever to be paid the first time and now trying to bill me again. This is outrageous and I will never recommend for people of color or single women to do business with Urban Heating and Cooling. This is a white owned business that takes advantage of the black community. Which is obvious by the name of the business that isn't even located in an Urban community.
