    Website read: 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. $20,907 in rebates for a list price of $36,958. I went in, the sales rep took me to look at 2 vehicles that I told him I found on his website. We went in both. We went back to run numbers and he told me there was a glitch on his website and the actual rebate is only $12,907 with a list price of $57,865. This is a classic case of illegal bait and switch. He told me he had customers coming in all week inquiring about the websites deal. He was fully aware.

    Bought a vehicle on Saturday and transmission went out on Thursday. You would think they would have some responsibility within that period of time to correct the issue. So far a 20% discount on a new transmission doesn't cut it, only to be completely upside down on the vehicle. The other offer of a trade in so I have to purchase another vehicle from a dealership that I have zero faith in.....The original offer of $1000 off what I originally paid for the vehicle which was a verbal offer, then to get to the dealership and that offer went to $2000 off what I paid. Then feeling that I have to find another vehicle off their lot and cut my losses. The paperwork then provided what the actual trade-in cost would be is even below the $2000. They want you to feel as though they are doing you a favor. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Doing everything I can to rectify the situation but this dealership doesn't seem as though they want repeat business and doesn't care about the reputation they have in their communities. I am very surprised that there are not more complaints on BBB since their reviews on-line are awful.
