      I started using David J Frank this summer 2024. In the first two weeks they managed to destroy my back yard. It took Meredith, our sales manager, three weeks to respond to my complaint and three months to fix it. This week, I put in an invisible fence with a few little flags used for training. They refused to cut my grass because of the flags even though there was plenty of room to cut around them. They didn't weed whack or do any of the work we're contracted to do. But of course, I was charged and not refunded any money. This company is poor quality, poor customer service and is unethical in their business practices.
