    My car needed air on a tire , i went and used one of their air vacuum stations , they charged me $10 to my debit car when it should be only $1.50 , I know is not a lot of money but if they do this to more people thats what worries me , they shouldnt be taking more money than what the price at the station says which is $1.50 not $10 , they literally stealing from people , please be aware !

    On November 19,2023 at 12:39 PM I used this companies air machine located at ********************************************************************. The company offers air compressors to air up flat and low tires. They charged my card $2 to put air, but their faulty machine actually made my tire pressure go from 22psi down to 13psi. This is the opposite of the service they advertised. Their machine just made my tire go lower. The machine then displayed ERRR and beeped very loud. I called the number to these crooks and the lady said she would put a work order for the machine to be fixed, but refused to process a refund. She claimed she can not give a refund because their company is an ATM company as well. Well I did not do an ATM transaction. I paid them for a service and they failed to provide the service. This Cash Depot also goes by Revolution Air. These companies seem to work together to defraud people using their mostlty broken air machines. They defrauded me and stole my money. They need to be investigated. Also, you can see from the previous complaints that this company is knowingly defrauding people using their broken machines. I want my refund!

    *** took $200 off my card even though printing a receipt saying my card was denied. Company says they issued a reversal but have not. They are saying it's my bank. My bank says as of today 4 days later no reversal has been initiated

    Hello, (This happens Thursday, October 26th)I had an issue with an *** in ************* ************ that was owned by Cash Depot. First off if something goes wrong with the *** there should be some point of contact in the store or someone close willing to help. The ******* employee actually tried to fight me over figuring this out. Long story short I pulled out 100$ and the atm gave me 20$. I called cash depot and spoke to **** that night and she was as helpful as she could be and directed me ti call my bank. The bank refused to speak with me about the *** that cash depot had asked for me to request. I then called Cash Depot back and spoke with **** again who directed me to call into her manager in the morning because she had never seen a circumstance like this. So I did exactly that, I spoke to a woman in the morning and she gave me the same direction to talk to my bank. At this point I just wanted to get this out of my hair and get my 80$ back because I had donated plasma for it and the initial person answering was okay until I demanded my money as their companys *** ate 80$ of my last dollars. She got flustered and upset with me, talking over me and telling me to report it to the BBB because nothing going to happen. The manager was crude and unprofessional as well because Im sure they had time to talk while I waited on hold and said they refuse to make contact with my bank regarding this issue. I hung up with her and researched a higher level person I could speak to. ***********************, to sum it up told me that I was asking for free money and if he helped me he had to help everyone else who lost money. It now has been over 6 days and I have no income, so Ive been left with nothing and this company sits high while Im suffering from them not being able to take care of a situation in expidetary time,

    On Sunday December 4th I went to the kettle citgo in ***** *** to get air in my tire. I deposited two dollars worth of quarters and the machine didnt start. I went inside and asked for a refund and was told to contact the owner of the machine. Ive contacted cash depot and was told they would send out a technician. I contacted cash depot again on Friday December 16 th and was told the technician went to the kettle citgo and had no issues so therefore they wouldnt reimburse me. I was told during my initial contact on December 4th that they typically dont give cash refunds. Then why make it an option to use the machine if thats the case. I would like my two dollars refunded. I know its not bank breaking but its the principal.

    We have an old contract from 2011 from a company, Multipoint, that they apparently bought. The contract has not been renewed or even change to the new company. I am no longer and owner in the business. The owner contacted them, they would not speak to her. I contacted them got the info she needed and now am trying to cancel their services, there isn't a new contract. They will not answer me, contact me or have anything to do with the owner of the business. I just need the atm to be removed from the business with no penalty or fees

    On 10/22/2022 I attempted to make a cash withdrawal from an *** machine in ***********************, *****************************************************************. The *** listed Metabank and Cash Depot on the machine.The *** machine stated: Transaction not available at this time....No Cash was dispensed and no receipt was printed.Cash was withdrawn from my checking account immediately in the amount $202.50.I called the number listed on the machine and the **************** Rep confirmed NO cash was dispensed and a reversal would be completed.It has now been three days and the money has not yet been credited back to my account. During a second phone call to Cash Depot they blamed my bank, ********************* for the delay in the credit back to my checking account.I filed a dispute with my bank on 10/24/2022.No cash was dispensed and Cash Depot knew this, money was deducted from my checking account IMMEDIATELY, and it has been three days with no action taken to return my money.
