  Ken had a limited amount of time to organize and get our estate sale done and he went above and beyond! He truly knows what he’s doing and does it well. PackerBoy Estates & Downsizing Services are a hard working, full service company that does it all. Sort, price, display, sell, donate, empty and clean up. The sale was a success, selling an enormous amount of things, even with a snow storm! Ken performed as promised! I would highly recommend PackerBoy Estates and Downsizing Services to anyone.   I gave Ken and Packer Boys 6 months to get things right before writing a review, but things never got better. We chose them because we needed to get rid of my mom's household before the closing date on our house and they were able to accommodate us. They came and priced items, but did a very poor job of promoting the sale. If it had not been for family members and the new owners of the house buying large items, we would have had a dismal sale. When we met Ken he talked about the numerous charities he worked with to take unsold items, but contacted a local thrift store within the week of the sale to see if they would take the items and actually asked me to contact the manager of the store. They were unable to take items due to being closed on Sunday. By luck, some ladies from a local church came to the sale on Saturday and asked about remaining items. Packer Boys did not deliver these items to the church, but had the church ladies make numerous trips to the house to pick things up. According to their contract, we were supposed to be paid within 14 days of the end of the sale. Those 14 days passed and I had to reach out to Ken to ask where our payment was, After some apologies and excuses, our check was finally sent out 4 business days after the contract date. Ken took 45 items from the estate sale to sell at his consignment store. After his first mistakes, he promised that I would hear from him by the 14th of each month and a check would be sent on the 15th. That NEVER happened and I always had to check with him! Many apologies and excuses. In the end, Ken tried to make things right by buying all of the remaining consignment items. I do appreciate that, but cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  Packerboy Estates was very generous and donated hundreds of books to the Altrusa International Club of Green Bay for use in our many community literacy projects. They also donated items to help us with a Santa Shop for a school, (the students will be so happy!) Every person who works for them was very friendly, kind and helpful.   1) Ken at Packer Boy Estate and Downsizing has been great to work with! Very accommodating and helpful throughout this trying process. Will update later as we continue on our journey. 2) Packer Boy Estate and Downsizing is amazing! They completed the job of cleaning out an apartment, storage unit and garage of a deceased relative in record time. Ken was very attune to my needs and bent over backwards to be as helpful as can be!

  We have gone to their store many, many times, it is rare that we do not find something we either need or just want to purchase.They are very friendly and helpful.
