    I've been needing my closet door in the bathroom put back on its been weeks since I emailed the property manager her claim is we have no maintenance people right now we'll the door fell over and almost landed on the top of my dog . The toilet seat doesn't stay securely fastened in asked aboutca new one . The island closest to the main building is full of trash . You would think that the so called astectics of the community were a top priority like the property manager beth always says but can't keep up on the up keep of the property always out of dog poop bags when I walk my dogs . People get to leave their overflowed garbage cans out to be seen . Again management don't walk the grounds to see all the filth laying around .

    We moved to Ravinia about 6 years ago. When we first moved in the place was great!! Always clean, grounds were kept nice and when you needed maintenance or something replaced it was taken care of right away. Covid hit & the place has gone completely downhill!! The grounds are not kept up, dog stations overflowing with feces and never bags in them, garbage is all over the place and dumpsters are constantly overfull with food scraps and bags of garbage all over the ground!! There are rats, mice, raccoons, and yes even coyotes running through the complex all the time!! Called the health department and even contacted the mayor about this issue but its stilll an on going issue!! When you need maintenance for some issue your having, its I will write up the work order and we will get to you when we can!! What the Heck!!!! Half the time we don't get our issue taken care of until we make threats to complete the issue and send them the bill. The appliances are just a joke!! Some of them are soooo old they are the gold color yet!! And we are suppose to be happy with these old relics!! Other times if one of your appliances stop working they don't replace them with new ones they pull them from other vacant apartments!!! Another favorite of theirs is, appliances are on order but they are on a back order for a month or longer!! WTH is with that. We pay enough in rent now where it could be a mortgage payment and they keep raising it but we have to settle for old out dates applicances!! They need to update all appliances in all units with good working ones and and clean the garbage and grounds up. Carpeting is a joke and cheap!! Pool area is ok but a few times the pool closed for maintenance and always on the days when its 90 to 100 degrees out!! Clubhouse okay. They do have a fitness Center on-premise, but of course all of the equipment is old and outdated as well!! There are a lot of upset tenants in this complex!! FIX IT!!! Don't want aggrevation where you live, DON'T MOVE HERE!!
